The absolute worst waffle house experiences I have ever had. Where do I begin? Consistently they up charge food for no reason. I’ll go ahead and chalk this up to either dim witted employees or trying to take advantage of the late night crowd. The most recent example of this was being charged 50 cents extra for each slice of cheese… on items that come with cheese. What the hell? I’m not an idiot and that is just straight criminal. I’ve also been up charged for grilled onions that are supposed to come on the cheeseburgers. I’ve been handed packets of Waffle House sauce that were blatantly split and oozing with sauce. When handing it back, the employee just stared at me and said nothing. Orders are consistently wrong, no sense of urgency or care by the staff, and simply a hassle to deal with. I actually called corporate about this location and spoke with someone at length about the grievances myself and my friends have experienced. I got a call a week later from lackadaisical sounding GM noting«.guess you paid for some extra cheese? Come over and I’ll pay for a few cheeseburgers for ya.» I don’t want your free food that will likely be messed up again. I want you to get your damn act together and make REAL change. Never in a thousand years would I think I’d leave a bad review for a waffle house. I’ve prayed at the altar of WaHo for years and am still a loyal customer. However, I would NEVER go back to this location. We’re talking in the middle of the dessert, famished — still not going to go see these crooks. Bottom line: I’ve only gone at night, but each time I have experienced either outright criminal upcharging or garbage service. Waffle House corporate — you’d be better off severing this cancer of a franchise before it spreads to your loyalists like me. And, believe me, I’ve told everyone that I can.

This location is fairly new and while awaiting to speak with my server another customer seated at the counter got up and departed. The sever asked the guy in the next booth what she could get him he replied a menu. When I looked up again he was gone. Then I realized the young lady an employee that was sitting at the counter beside our booth changing her flip flops to her work tennis shoes was now asking if she could get our drink order. We went ahead and also ordered. Another customer came in so our server ask if she needed a drink and this customer ordered the same thing I ordered minus eggs, I noticed a childhood friend had taken a seat at the counter I went over to say hello. When I got back to my seat the last customer in was eating so I asked the manager how was that possible when I ordered while she was taking a seat. This horrible manager gave me 3 reasons of why she was eating and why my food had not arrived then basically told me to wait my turn. So we cancelled our order and decided to never step foot in that location again. The business result is as a local builder with projects going on a ½ mile down the street none of my future business meetings will Never take place at this location. We are headed to another location.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had a problem with the service or food. It’s Waffle House, and assuming you’ve eaten at one before, you shouldn’t have the highest of expectations.

The food is typical great Waffle House food. As many others have agreed, customer service was nonexistent. Each time we asked our waitress for things such as a to-go box, youd have thought we’d asked her to cure a disease by her sighs. The place was not crowded at all but was never checked on for refill of coffee or water. Over at the bar area, employees sleep. As someone previously stated, id recommend eliminating the current staff and starting over. Cant seem to get orders right either.

Horrible service. 25 minutes for hashbrowns and a sandwich while the place was less than a quarter full. An hour once when the place was full. This is not the service I expect from The Waffle House name. This one restaurant has done irreparable damage to my opinion of all waffle houses.

The food is Waffle House, so you know what you are getting when you sit down. But the service is absolutely horrible. I visited on a Sunday morning and there were ten guests in the dining room while I counted eight workers behind the counter. When the waitress took my order, I had to ask for my water twice. My food sat at the grill for ten minutes before it ever got to me. The staff was rude and the cooks and waitresses not in sync. I will not be back.

This Waffle House is new to the location. And it was a breath of fresh air to have something so close to work and home that stays open 24 hours. BUT!!! My god… how was I wrong. The staff on ALL shifts are horrible. Well! I did go one night an I wish I could remember the lady’s name, but she was excellent. My first visits was about a week after they opened. And it was like stepping into some sort of a twight light zone of ignorance and unprofessional cave people. Everybody who was working that morning was yelling about their receipt tickets, their tips and insulting customers. Everyone was standing around in awe with their thumbs stuck their ASSES. After finally getting my wrong order and watching a worker rudely insult a caucasian customer I had enough for one morning. As I paid the mananger had the nerve to ask me how was my meal«all while she wiped the sleep from her eyes» I just politely told her that I didn’t and I will give her and the corporate office a call. Instead of calling right then I decided to give the store another chance, considering they just had opened. So!!! I visited a least three more times and nothing had changed for the better. So this last check in I just had to call the corporate office and report the staff and one particular waitress, which I did get a very prompt response from the area manager about my experience. Mine you she’s the same cave woman from my first visit that was acting a fool. Everyone need a job BUT!!! THISLOCATIONNEEDTOSTARTALLOVERAGAINWITH A WHOLENEWSTAFF.
