Worst drycleaners I have ever been to. Lady inside was so rude. Expensive prices. I went twice and both times she was very rude. One time my things were not ready. She did not even apologize. Until this dry cleaner gets new management I will not go back. They do not operate on your time, but rather their time. And their prices are outrageous. Poor business management.

Stopped going here due to poor service and for always being made to feel like my business wasn’t important. The owner needs to get her act together and understand she’s not in Korea anymore. She needs to thank and appreciate her customers instead of making them feel like she is doing them a favor for the dry cleaning services they are paying HER for. I go to Courtesy Cleaners around the corner now and love it!

Unorganized. They lost my belt to my dress for work, soon to find out, I wasn’t the only one from my job who used them and they had the same problem. They wanted me call other customers to ask if they had it. Unprofessional. Her solution for my belt after trying to make me ask around for it, was to sew me another one for my designer dress. They need to get it together.

Dropped off pants to be dry cleaned and altered on a Thursday, was told to come pick it up the following Tuesday. Went to pick it up on the following Thursday, the lady(I assume she’s the owner) told me that she forgot to hem the pants… and asked me to come back. No offer of any discount for the inconvenience. Owner seems out of it. Terrible customer service. $ 10 for hemming pants. $ 4 for dry cleaning pants. $ 8 for dry cleaning dress.

Very competitive dry cleaning prices and I use their alterations service a lot. Always quick turn around and well done.
