Very handy location, just by the Marta Lindbergh station. Target, home depot, trader’s joe close by. The staff is friendly and helpful, they reply within the day each time we have a question or something that needs to be fixed. The maintenance isn’t perfect in the corridors, but rent were a little cheaper than others residences around when we moved in 7 months ago, so that’s works for me. I would recommend it!

My update to the previous review I left a few months ago: Things have only worsened. The parking garage has been the WORST experience while living here thus far. A «9 ft Clearance» sign was hung up at the entrance of the parking garage. A couple of thugs decided it would be funny to knock it down. Now, it partially hangs by one side swaying back and forth nearly hitting every vehicle that pulls into the garage. Even worse, the new gate, which had already been fixed several times, is broken yet again. It’s hazardous as it almost hits every vehicle that drives beneath its The trash chute was kicked in really hard. The door was torn off and there was a giant hole in the wall from where it was kicked in. Probably one of the pathetic, trashy, thug tenants that live here did it. Thank God the staff fixed it. I am overwhelmed with frustration and anger. These apartments are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and in an excellent location. The leasing office needs to screen tenants more carefully. The trashy thugs and rude slobs that live here are giving this apartment complex a bad name. Unreal. How could you treat such a gorgeous place so badly? Go move to the zoo if you want to live like animals!!!

Staff: very friendly and they will go the distance to help you with anything you ask them or any concerns you express. Maintenance: It is ok. They usually answer the request quickly. Building: Dirty hallways, trash chutes usually clogged by trash, do not take an apartment next to a trash chute or you will be smelling it all day long. Parking: Not properly lighted. Low clearance if you wanna bring in even regular moving truck. Doors sometimes jam for many days. Main gate often malfunction and stays open for few days. Rent: Probably it is driven up by demand. But it is high for the standards you expect for such money. They increased our rent from around 1000 $ to more than 1100 $ for renewal … We said bye-bye … Noise: DONOTLIVENEXTTOTHEPOOL … noisy loud people especially during the weekend … For the 1 year we lived in this place, fire alarms went off almost every night for long time, even after they said it was fixed, we still enjoyed the deafening sounds during many nights … Tenants: Many apartments have many people living in them(more than it should be), so you can guess what kind of neighbors you get … We had few midnight fights and outbursts of drunken boyfriend/girlfriend and they don’t shy of making a scene … make your own inquiry before considering this place …

DONOTLIVEHERE!!! Completely overpriced, the people who live here are inconsiderate about noise, and the fire alarm goes off at random times, night and day, and is so piercingly loud I’m surprised it’s legal. Why the Atlanta Fire Department hasn’t shut this place down, I’ll never know. The staff is less than helpful about all of these problems. It is worth the extra cash to live ANYWHERE in Buckhead but here

I initially had reservations about living here, since the reviews I had read on various websites were so poor but I have to say that I really enjoyed the time that I lived here. My apartment was super nice and spacious, a 2⁄2 that I shared with a friend for $ 1300 a month. No complaints there. If anything needed to be fixed, I could always count on the super friendly and helpful maintenance people to come quickly. The location is also superb — all sorts of amenities nearby, 3 Publixes nearby, a Target across the street, Buckhead at your fingertips. The list goes on and on. I loved having such easy access to MARTA since I traveled often and also happened to work right off if it further downtown. Inside, it can get a little loud though, since there are a bunch of people who like to socialize on their balconies. I can imagine it’s extra loud by the pool. My only complaints are 1) the gym and 2) the people who work in the office. The gym is on the smaller side and needs to be updated. The only good elliptical machine had been broken for some time. Before it broke, there would be some times where I was on it, and another person waited(in front of me) the entire 30 – 40 for me to get off it(that’s another story). The staff — oh man, how do I put this nicely? Customer service there was mediocre at best. Pretty much everyone who worked there was less than pleasant, and couldn’t care less about your concerns once you’ve moved in. I get angry thinking about the times I emailed or asked a question in person and just received a curt, nonchalant answer with promises that never followed through. Luckily, I didn’t have to deal with them much, but ultimately I would say that’s the reason I’m no longer there. But if that’s something that doesn’t bother you much, you should definitely go for it.
