An odd place that I didn’t even know existed, despite the fact that I’ve walked past it many times. Went to see a local band here. The bar is fine and showed some older star wars movies while we waited for the band. The stage is actually located on a very small loft that holds about 25 people. Neat place to catch a local show — however not going to challenge the Earl anytime soon for touring acts.

There’s no other place like home. Great performers, drink prices, genre of people and all around atmosphere. The staff here will have you leaving the bar feeling like family and remind you of that when you decide to come back. 5 stars is nowhere close to being accurate, I’ll always have a place for The Union in my heart.

The Union, a place where once inside you can call home and get a savory combination of drinks and smiles. With every night of the week a new event that attracts, if not some, all! The staff goes beyond what is asked, you could call it extra mile service. The music is amazing, bringing in so many great local and regional acts that you’re always excited to see.

I have been to east Atlanta bar a few times and enjoyed coming to union more than once.
It IS a little off the beaten path but a true Down south staple. Full of qualified bartenders, friendly clientele, and good company.
I had a few drinks here recommended by the bartenders – ask for Travis (favorite), Jenna, Crystal, or Max are all awesome!
Not to mention the weekly events happening here–
Mon: $ 2 PBR $ 3 Fireball $ 5 Wells
Wed: EAV (trap music and EDM and cheap drink specials)
Fri: Great drink specials changing weekly from $ 3-​$ 5 bartender preference !
Sat: Atl/​Hip-​Hop/​EDM music and sprockets changing weekly!
I adore this spot I have a special place in my heart for UNION.
Check it out you won’t be disappointed !

The UNION is a Great Place to just hang out and get together with Friends and enjoy a Great Party! The Sound System is Top Notch and the Selection of DJ’s are spot on. The Bar Staff is courteous and they Pour the Right amount of Alcohol to get you going without wrecking your night.
