I’m the type of person who is generally suspicious when it comes to people in the financial industry, especially in an area like real estate where I was a complete novice. Ken Kilinski was patient and explained every step of the process, answering countless questions until I was satisfied with the answers and understood how all the pieces fit together. I really got the sense that he was invested in giving me honest (even when not fun) answers and conservative advice about how to approach my mortgage. When problems arose, he was steadfast and on-​the-​ball. He stayed in touch, and provided regular updates. Basically, I felt like he was part of «my team» and on my side. He was even there at closing, which was a God send b/​c he asked pointed questions that kept things in line and smoothed my nerves. Can’t say enough good things, and I highly recommend working with him.
