I dropped a purse off to have a spot fixed/painted over and it conditioned. It was $ 30 which I thought was a little high. When I picked it up, they had forgotten to cover the spot. So they took it in back, complaining, and sprayed it. The spray covered the spot but didn’t match. The man insisted it did, but it didn’t. I told him i had the same spot treated years ago somewhere else and it matched then, just had worn off. He refused to come to a lower price based on the sub-par work, or even acknowledge it didn’t match — even though his son said they sometimes need to specially order colors from out of state. Also he works in cash and didnt give us a receipt. For $ 30, my purse looks worse than before.

Brought my favorite old Frye boots here after the pull up strap broke. This shop has been here likely since the shopping center opened in the early ‘70s. The man who owns this shop really did a great job. You can tell he really puts his heart into his work. Head’s up: Cash only and you must prepay. A new leather strap, heels and a shiny polish cost $ 35– well worth it to me. Now I have my favorite boots back!
