The Mission Motif

We live in the SF Bay Area, but have found that, when we’re buying things for our Craftsman-​style home, we need to cast a broad net to find what we want/​need. We needed a small-​diameter round craftsman-​style rug, and we were able to get it through Mission Motif. When I placed the order online, I got back an immediate message explaining that because the rug size we wanted was a custom order, it would take up to 3 months to fulfill, and did I want to go ahead with the order. I did understand it was custom, so I was not surprised to hear about the lead-​time, but I was pleased that they took the time to send a personal email to let me know and be sure I would be OK with that before they placed the order.
As it turns out, it took 2 weeks less than they’d said it would take, and I was happily surprised to get an email saying my rug was shipping early! The rug arrived in great shape and was just what we needed!
If you’re buying from Mission Motif over the internet, rest assured that you’ll get personal service and prompt attention, just as if you were in a local store. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

John and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The store is beautifully arranged with small «niche-​rooms» using classic Mission furniture, rugs, lighting, and accessories! I find ideas and merchandise every time I visit!

The store is beautifully decorated in craftsman furnishings, art, lighting, and accessories. The owner John and his staff are always very helpful (and patient when I am indecisive).
