Drinks were great. Don’t order food. Waited over 1 ½ hour for food that ever came paid for drinks and went to eat. Great place to enjoy drinks but eat before you get there

Very nice servers and the drinks were good. Also the Honey BBQ wings are totally tasty

My lover & I went on Jan.23,2016 & by the time we made it there the inside was filled with people so we decided to go on the patio which was nice with the heaters and everything. The moment we got out there Phillip greeted us and made sure he did everything in his power to keep the patio warm. He made sure that no air was getting into the patio he constantly checked on us smiled with us laughed with us. We traveled there from Nashville and he made the experience everything plus more!!! Phillip had a very upbeat spirit and made us comfortable to be there. Food and drinks were great as well. Overall the visit was outstanding. Thanks a lot!

Worst service I’ve probably ever experienced. Ordered before every table around us (party of TWO) and everyone else around us got their drink and food before my guest even got her DRINK. And the server was extremely rude. Food was good, drinks were great, but won’t be returning due to the WORST service ever.

I am a frequent customer of this restaurant. However after this last visit, I will not be returning. I came with my Aunt and cousin for some seafood and drinks. The food and drinks were great, as expected, but our waitress was one of the most incompetent servers I have ever experienced.
After she gave us our tickets, she charged my card for the wrong amount TWICE, after receiving specific instructions on how to split the bill. Why didn’t she ask a group of three if we wanted separate tickets? She voided our charges, but now I have to wait 48 hours for my charges ($ 175) to be credited back to my account.
I think the restaurant is great, but if this is the best you can offer for service, I’d rather take my money elsewhere. So unhappy with this place.

Come on Fridays for $ 3 daiquiris and 50¢ wings! They’ll let you sample just about everything to find a blend of daiquiris that you’ll love! Bartenders are very friendly and welcoming! Expect to have fun in a dive bar type setting.

I’m counting down the days until I can «call the cab» back to Atlanta. This is one of my favorite places to visit. This place has always been a fun favorite. The crowd is very diverse. The drinks are strong and the service is great normally.

Just Terrible… Went here … Ate nice food … And a few good drinks … Total $ 38.25 … Server comes back and says card declined … I said well that’s impossible because there is $ 1500 in my account… Pulls up my account … Sure nough there is $ 1576.24 … Card was charged for $ 78.25 from Daquiri Factory… Show the illiterate server Ashir and she says she voided it … Takes my card and swipes again for the $ 38.25 charge goes through … Week later the $ 78.25 is still withdrawn from my account… Call and speak to Tequila (who names someone after a drink) she says ai can come pick up the money they overcharged me … Get there and they say Don Julio (Tequila) is on vacation … And they can’t give me my money back… Ask to speak to a manager and Down syndrome looking Michael Comes out … I simply filed a dispute with my bank to get refund! BOTTOM LINE … PAY CASH … That Server Was A Fucking Crook!

Drinks are good but customer service is below par. One waiter wouldn’t take our order because it wasn’t his table but on top of that he wouldn’t alert our waiter that we needed to order! Take your money where it’s appreciated!

Finally got to visit this place for the first time last night. It was chill. I will definitely be going back. Only because I want to keep trying the different combinations of daiquiris. I had lemon drop with a small amount of sour apple on top. It was yummy! Orgasm is too overwhelmingly strong. Georgia peach was my second choice but overall happy with the lemon drop :)
The music was good when we first got there (12a) but just lost it’s vibe as time went by.
I’m giving 3 stars for the music. Cause music is important and definitely sets the tone. Slow songs at this hour are a no no. Tryna put ppl to sleep… smh!

This is the ONLY place that I can have 1 drink and actually «feel» it. My husband and I come here every Friday. It’s our guilty pleasure. We enjoy people watching and watching people go from Sober to completely wasted. Women go from completely reserved to dancing on tables and on other people. Everyone is sipping the slushy goodness, the music is playing loud… everyone’s happy. Then that one sad song (new music however) comes on and that one gal who just broke up with her partner is now cursing the D.J. which doesn’t even exist by the way. Looking around you see straight, gay, black, white, Asian… a melting pot which I adore because we all breathe the same air.
Mix up several flavors is definitely the way to go. Now the FOOD… The fried shrimp beats out Pappadeauxs. Yes! I’m not ashamed to say it. .they are HUGE and VERY tasty! We devour these things and area as full as a tick! You MUST get them…
We love this comfy hole in the wall establishment. Everyone should go at least once to enjoy the strong slushy drinks and the shrimp dinner…

Let me start by saying– this place is fun. We usually go once or twice a month for Monday’s AYCE crab legs. After last Monday, I will never be returning. After being seated next to the bar by the wait station and kitchen, all of the wait staff acted like we were completely invisible. So invisible in fact, four of them stood next to the table arguing about who was going to serve us. This happened twenty minutes of us not even being acknowledged. Twenty. No hello, no «I’ll be right with you» no «let me get your sever» not even waters dropped off. The group of servers dispersed, leaving one visibly irritated man by our table. Being in the service industry as well, we tend to be extremely understanding and more patient than most. However, since we arrived at 5 pm, the place was not even close to being busy yet (an hour later there would have probably been a wait for a table).
After hearing the servers argue over the table, we quietly got our bags and left the restaurant. No one bothered to stop us, or ask what was wrong. They were all clearly just relieved to not have to take another table. The greeter was too busy flirting with the security officer to even notice. I am so disappointed! This was one of our go to spots, but after being treated like that– I will gladly take my money elsewhere!

Sooo a friend and I decided to go here on Monday for the all you can eat crab legs for $ 24…Due to my short term reading I actually pictured the other daiquiri place until she sent me the address and whatta ya know I realized another friend and myself tried to come here months ago on a Saturday and the parking was horrible and so was the security guard so we left… well back to this experience on 7/13…through the grapevine, we heard this place was on and poppin on a Monday due to the crab special so my friend arrived early to reserve space… to our knowledge it was not extremely packed but it was cool… now my only complaint is the fact that the inside was just as hot as the patio especially since I had to walk down the street from my parking spot (note to yourself: the parking lot is always full I’m assuming because of the small size the employees take up that space)…
But anyhoo I walked in parched and sweaty (still cute) and it was 98 degrees inside as well! My friend was sweating so bad because of the work it takes to eat crab legs and the drinks of course… so on to the drinks-​buy the pitcher for $ 15 or $ 25 it only makes sense and I hate math! I had the Georgia Peach and Pineapple and it was on point! Those two have 3 dots which means they have the most alcohol and yes it was worth it!
Now the ambiance was alright if you like to people watch and yes there are lots of things strolling through Atlanta that you don’t want to miss. all in all we had a good time!
Ps. If you are a single lady in Atlanta and looking for a male this is not the pick up spot unless you want a new BFF (wink wink) and I loved it :-)

Great selection of frozen drinks, cute little location, decent service– BUT THE FOOD was incredible. I ordered the crab sandwich and enjoyed every bit. My friend had the catfish sandwich and equally loved it.
I enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere a lot better than Wet Willies on Piedmont.

Great place to hang out with friends for some fun food and drinks! We’ve always had great service even though there are times they may understaffed.
We go here often for the yummy drinks and food! My faves are the Miami vice or sex on the beach with some lemon pepper wings!!! Yummy!!!

Great food enjoyed my shrimp po’boy, calamari and chips w/​salsa. I recommend ordering the pitcher of daiquiri for $ 15 because the cups are $ 9

Went here Sat 3÷21÷15 about 6pm. My friend was in town visiting and wanted to come here. Since I’d never been I was down for going.
Security at the door was very friendly. He checked our ID’s then let us in. I saw a guy sitting with a toddler! Thought this was an adult establishment Anywho, The place was packed! No seats at all. Found the last seat all the way in the back by the pool table and kitchen. No lights shined on that table. I felt like I was in time out :(but I was kinda expecting that, giving the beautiful day I decided to come.
Took forever to flag a waiter down since one never came over on there own. Drinks sm $ 7 md $ 8 lg $ 9 sm pitcher $ 15 lg pitcher $ 25 I order a «Pineapple Express» a recommendation from the waiter who said it was the strongest drink they have. My friend ordered the Orgasm. Took about 15 mins to get our drinks. Mines was pretty good. Thick! Couldn’t get it thru the straw. My friends was «loose» but taste like straight mango, skin and all lol not really that good. The waiter (2^nd day working) was nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed. He held onto my ID until we paid the check. They have outside seating. Hookah also. We waited around a bit waiting for people to leave but they never did. Seems to be one of those places where people hog the table all night instead of eating and moving one. We finally paid the check and left.
I’ll be back. I guess earlier then 6pm to get a nice seat and order food. Looking forward to it!

I’d been curious about the Daiquiri Factory for a really long time after stumbling upon David K’s hilarious review. This past Saturday proved to be my chance to try it out.
The frozen sour apple drank was strong. I was the only patron wearing Lilly Pulitzer. Cheers.

So I’ve been looking for a place that has ALL U CAN EAT crab legs for a while now. My search led me to this place but almost EVERY review I read spoke negatively about the service. I decided to give it a try. President’s Day (2÷16÷2015) was a cold and rainy evening so the crowd was a little light according to our waitress (Viveca). It’s usually way more crowded I was told. Upon entering we were greeted enthusiastically by the staff. This place is kind of small so there weren’t a lot of seats. AND it was dark. The hostess wanted to seat me and my friend on the side you enter on where NO ONE was sitting. At 1^st we felt some kind of way b/​c we wanted to be «over there» where the action was, however, she reassured us that in no time it would be people on the side we were being seating on. She was right. As soon as we got seated people started pouring in. Viveca came right over to greet us and take our drink orders. She asked if we had been there before and once we told her no she went right into telling us how everything worked. We wanted to order a pitcher of frozen drink but had no idea which ones to go with. Viveca offered to bring us 3 samples each of our choice. I really liked that b/​c what I thought I was going to order prior to arriving (Orgasm) was horrible. We ordered a small pitcher of Margarita and Blue Mutha (Shut Yo Mouth). Perfect for the two of us. The crab legs were steamed and seasoned to perfection, potatoes were the side for the night. My Greek salad was delish and the drink was just what the doctor ordered. The crab legs kept coming until we threw in the towel!!! There was no wait to get them either. All in all this place was cool as shit and our service was the bomb (Thanks Viveca).
