Absolutely delicious. My husband declared his burger today the best he has ever had anywhere. My southwestern salad with 1000island was predictably yummy. Service was perfect. On a good day this place is had to beat for value and service. Oh and the burger was a perfect med. rare. No wait at 11:45am on a Thursday.

I’m VERYDISAPPOINTED with BRAD, one of the Managers(the other was Alex) on duty at this location. I ordered take out last night and loved my dish! So I ordered it again for the road(Back to Orlando, FL) only to find out that the order was incorrectly made. I called and spoke to Brad who told me there was nothing he could do and hung up the phone on me. I frequent Cheesecake Factory because I love it so much but this was the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever received! Shame on you BRAD and corporate will also hear from me.

Went for dinner with the family on a Friday night around 8:00p and there was a 39 minute wait. It was a little confusing as to where we needed to sign in but once we found the right line they took our number and texted when the table was ready. It actually only took 20 minutes. Our waiter Kevin was the bomb dot com! Very attentive and thorough. Good communication with us all night and sent us home with a loaf of that amazing bread! Food was great. My dad is obsessed with the calamari especially since he’s been looking for some good calamari lately. I had the Greek Salad and Feta/Sausage Flatbread which is my go-to. My stepmom had the jambalaya pasta and it was off the hook! Huge portions so be ready!

It is Amazing! Love the veggie burger is so tasty! It is a brown rice burger and seasoned just right. The Old Fashioned Burger was cooked medium. It was very juicy. The garlic noodles with chicken I would say was a 3 out of 5. Had a small piece literally just a piece of chicken on the pasta and the piece that was there had a bone in it with little meat. Had to request the manager to get extra chicken in which they then questioned if the chicken came with the meal. Really? Had to stop eating to wait for rest of chicken because it took another 14mins for the new chicken to come out. Brown bread is the bomb enough said for now.

Me and Adam were looking for a spot with outdoor seating today. He suggested coming here and it turned out to be a great idea. When we got there, it was a long line for indoor seating but only a 5 minute wait for outdoors. We got lucky with that. Their seating are cushioned and not metal hard chairs like other places. The atmosphere was also way more quiet than sitting indoors. The chicken lemon couscous is now my favorite dish there. it has all the healthy vegetables that I like! Kale, green beans, corn, tomatoes, and much more. However, the creamy mayo like sauce that the couscous was sitting in along with the heavy amount of butter was borderline too much for a dish that I chose because the description made it sound so healthy. For the bread, I really wish they would make the crust softer on the white bread. As I bit into it, one sensitive spot on my tooth, the hard crust made it feel terrible. Yea… so no more of that. The Strawberry Creamsickle shake was AMAZING and not overly sweet.

We went to the Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Lenox Square Mall yesterday(2÷28÷16) and I had mixed feelings about the visit, so I decided to give myself 24 hours cool down before writing this review. First, the Cheesecake Factory is a chain. We have eaten at various other stores and are familiar with their offerings. As usual, have rave reviews for the food and drink. Everything was delicious, well-seasoned and the quality I like to see at restaurants. In addition, our server Brittany was fast, efficient and very pleasant. Cudos all around for her performance. Where this visit went off the rails was at reception. The hostess was nice, but seemed a little frazzled. We were given a 40-minute wait time and instructions on how to respond to the page to my cellphone. Waits at Cheesecake Factory are business as usual, so we took a seat outside. As we waited, I counted 5 empty(dirty) tables waiting to be bussed. The hostess actually cleaned one of the tables when she came to seat guests, but the remaining four were dirty the entire time we watched during our wait. After we were paged and went inside, there was another queue to wait in for a hostess to seat us. Once again, I counted 3 booths and a table(visible from where we were standing) that were dirty and in need of clearing before seating other guests. A number of other guests who had already been paged were lining the walkway and waiting to be seated.(This design created an obstruction to the walkway and a potential hazard.) As we were seated, I noticed that in places the floors were slippery, but this could have been just a spot or two of water spilled on the floors. While we enjoyed our meal, I did notice that a manager was clearing tables, so it’s possible this was an isolated incident, but this is the type of thing that spreads ripples through an entire service. Uncleared tables lead to decreased capacity and longer wait times. These in turn poorly flavor the guest experience and affect return visits. Our visit was early(3pm) Sunday afternoon, not during the busiest service at all. All things considered, we’re happy with the food, but with other comparable competition, no longer make The Cheesecake Factory a regular dining experience.

As you see, a great majority of the positive comments about this location are from last year. I love The Cheesecake Factory, but to echo the many people here, the staff at this location predominantly is HORRIBLE. Experienced a rude lady on staff last November who works the dessert and pickup area. I hope she sees this too because she’ll know it’s her based on the time of year. RUDEMANAGERS who ALLNEEDTOBEFIRED. Have spoken to the managers and not only were they no help with the issues, they flat out didn’t care. As you also see here, nobody from the restaurant has dropped by to respond to these reviews or take them into consideration. THEYDON’T CARE. They take for granted that people will just flock there because of the food, so they don’t care how they treat people. The General Manager told my sister on the phone when she called that«you could imagine how many customers we had last night»… Um, every customer should feel like the only customer! I ordered delivery from them and items were missing– the managers, including the General Manager, were NOHELPWHATSOEVER and did not replace the items. The missing items were caramel sauce ON the cheesecake(they are also not fixing cheesecakes right either because the Dutch Caramel Apple Pie is to come with caramel sauce on the cheesecake), the second dollop of whipped cream(that a manager told us only one dollop comes with cheesecakes– dead wrong), and complimentary bread for one of the meals. They sent us two Dutch Caramel cheesecakes ONLY and gave us a hard time about sending the free bread that people eat baskets of! Get this, there was only one of those Dutch Caramels ordered and a Dulce cheesecake ordered originally, but they sent us two Dutch Caramels; we didn’t even request that cheesecake be sent, so some smart person gave $ 20 away. If service was like this at their previous location on Peachtree, I’m not surprised people zoomed right by without stopping! The ambiance of the Lenox Mall location is way too nice for these nasty people– they need to be replaced and should find jobs away from people.

I LOVE the Cheesecake Factory. This review is solely for the curbside to go service. As I sit in my car typing this review; 30 minutes have passed since I placed my order. All I order was a cheesecake nothing they have to prepare. As the«duke» for this location, I can attest to this bring a common occurrence. Sometimes I just go inside to get my items and leave.(Completely negating the convenience of curbside to go service) Also, there are 5 spots reserved for curbside to go service. People will park their cars here and go into the mall shopping. No enforcement at all. This location should do away with this service as they do such a poor job coordinating it.

Awful service. The waiter doesn’t even stop to ask if we need anything half of the times. There’s some problem with the customers in the next table, but that shouldn’t make our service that bad. They haven’t cleaned the table for 15 minutes.

I was given a 4 hr wait time on a saturday night. No biggie. You expect these things. Popular restaurant, popular side of town. Done deal. However, this was my bday dinner, which had already been ruined by another restaurant. SO I was on edge. We were given the wait time and I asked if they thought we could possibly get in sooner. I was told that it was basically possible. So we waited. My friends grew hungry so we went back in to evaluate. We were sure that not everyone would want to wait so we took our chances. However, when we came back in and asked we received the following response. «We quoted you 4 hrs. You only waited 1 hour and 16 minutes. You’re GONNA have to wait the full 4 hr.* *neckroll, neck jut and head cock… with attitude* No No boo boo. I can deal with a wait, but what I WON“T deal with is rudeness. We high tailed it out of there so fast. Before I was on Channel 2 for choking someone on my birthday. I would never, but I was irked enough to. Do better.

I order a Chicken Breast Sautéed with Fresh Mushrooms in a Rich Marsala Wine Sauce that didn’t read that way on the Menu. I don’t do Mushrooms or Wine. So when I sent it back it took a really, really Long time. That should have been a Clue but it wasn’t. I ordered the Pasta with Shrimp and Sausage. I thought it was good Until I went home to take a nap to work 3rd Shift. When I woke up I had to make a Mad Dash a Couple of times to the bathroom. Hoping I was done due to having to catch the bus to Work. made it out the Door then I started to drag, diarrhea, sweating, dizziness, stomach pain. By the time I got to Work(The VA Medical Center). I had to Check into the ER, then make another mad Dash to the Bathroom. They gave me some meds and IV for Dehydration. What suppose to be my Friday Night of Work turn out to be a Early start of my Weekend Due to my trusting it was ok To send my Food Back. I have Learn a painful Lesson. I thought that going to the prime location in Buckhead would promise a great evening. However, I was completely wrong. Even though we were seated outside rather quickly for a Saturday night, they didn’t have the heaters on in December. I know Georgia weather is crazy, but come on. It was my wife’s birthday and I had hoped she would enjoy herself. The drinks took forever to get to the table. The waitress seemed attentive at first, but that soon changed. I understand that they can get busy, but that shouldn’t affect the service as much as it did. I even had to flag down her down when my wife had an issue with the horrible excuse for«mashed potatoes» she received when the food finally did come out. My wife loves cheesecake to death and didn’t even feel like ordering a slice on her birthday. Enough said.

Oh, Cheesecake Factory, how I so want to love you more! I always crave their strawberry martinis and their margarita pizza, but when the bill comes, I always regret it! Lol! It’s seems their prices are getting higher to me. Otherwise, I’m ordering 1 too many strawberry martinis! Now that I’ve learned how to make them, I might just be taking the party to the house!

The Cheesecake Factory at Lenox Square Mall is amazing for its ambience. The lightings of the restaurant are dim and yellow, the concept of the restaurant décor is mixed, it can be romantic but also suitable for groups and gatherings. There is a bar too, so the noise level is quite high and not suitable for business meals. The seats at dining area were not very comfortable, the tables are quite small for two especially if you are going to order a lot of food. I came on a Saturday, the restaurant was crowded, however, not difficult to get a seat. The staffs at the front desk were attentive and they serve you right away when you entered. Few tables were assigned to each waiter/waitress, so he/she will definitely be attentive to serve you. I was quite satisfied with my waitress. At times, she was too busy serving other tables, but she came back to check and apologized. Before the meals hit the table, I was served with two different kinds of fresh baked breads, brown honey wheat bread and sourdough. The breads were soft and served hot, goes well with butter. I ordered the Cabonara spaghetti pasta Smoked Bacon, Green Peas, and a Garlic-Parmesan Cream Sauce and Tortiglioni pasta with meatballs. The portion of the dishes were filling, pastas were cooked well and the taste was quite ok. I would say a 5⁄10. As for dessert, I ordered a lemon raspberry cream cheesecake. The cheesecake was a little wet and too sweet, too much whipped cream. I was quite disappointed as I was having high hopes on Cheesecake Factory since cheesecakes are their main iconic food. I give it a 4⁄10. I will still visit again when I crave for dessert, willing to give it another try. The service is great, the ambience is nice, the food was ok, slightly costly. Overall Rating 5⁄10.

I haven’t been to this Cheesecake Factory since it moved over from further down Peachtree Road. Cheesecake Factory has always been a part of my Atlanta chain restaurant staples. My first experience at a Cheesecake Factory was at the original Buckhead Cheesecake Factory. The wait on a Friday night was pretty long for 2 people. My sister and I got to the restaurant around 9:30PM and waited for about 25 minutes. We were seated in the back of the restaurant, and were constantly being interrupted by people leaving or entering the restaurant through the mall entrance in the back. We rarely saw our server, but were served our basic needs, albeit at a slow pace. My sister ordered a strawberry lemonade and it was SO sickly sweet. She asked for a free refill, but even my sister, Queen of sugary sweet things, couldn’t finish a second glass. She ended up taking a to-go cup. THATBROWNBREADTHOUGH. I know it’s not pumpernickel, but we trick ourselves into thinking it is so maybe it doesn’t seem as unhealthy. Not that using an entire stick of butter on the bread is any better. It took a while to get to us, but once it did, it was soft and warm. My sister and I split a pasta and an order of calamari. I got tired of the calamari real fast — my sister didn’t like it so I ended up eating the whole $ 12 appetizer order of fried squid. It was just too much. I prefer not to take fried food to go, so I ended up leaving ¼ of it there. My sister ordered the tomato basil pasta, and it wasn’t too bad — just a standard pasta. My sister is a picky eater, and didn’t like the pesto drizzle on top — that was NOT listed in the menu. She tried to eat around it, but as the trend goes, I ate most of her meal. Overall, the food and service was at par, but that’s about it.

So anyone who knows me knows that I love Cheesecake Factory. I’ve been to every location in Atlanta multiple times and others in different cities. Yes, I’m a fan and have never had a bad experience at any of them(although I recognize that others may have). That said, I’ve never reviewed this restaurant because… well I’m not really sure. I guess there are so many reviews out there and it is a chain restaurant so what you get is pretty standard wherever you so. Nevertheless, I had for the first time their turkey burger from the skinnylicious menu and it was so good. It was cooked perfectly, seasoned well and just so good. On top of that the waiter on this particular visit was exceptional. I wish I remembered his name. Oh well… if you’re in the lenox area it’s definitely worth a visit!

Let me start by saying… oh, how I love this franchise! Imagine my disappointment when I received such awful service at this location. I really hate to only give them 2 stars but this location deserved it. Poor service! So, I went to this location a couple of weekends ago around 3:30pm. We were told it would be an hour wait for a party of two. We ended up waiting almost an hour and a half. But I was excited to show the place off to a newbie so we waited. I’ve been to other locations — Jacksonville, FL, Miami, FL, Cherry Hill, NJ, and Charlotte, NC. I knew what to expect as far as décor and prices. Yes, they are pretty pricey but it has been worth it at every visit EXCEPT this one. The service was just awful. No other word for it. I had a spicy pasta and had to stop several other waiters for a refill as our waitress literally took our orders and brought the check. I asked her for a refill and she said ok but I saw her walk past several times. The food was so subpar here. The bread they give you was cold and hard. The table next to us had to send their pizza back because the bottom was completely burned and black. The cheesecake never disappoints though. It was great as per usual. Needless to say my Cheesecake Factory newbie was not impressed. Better luck at another GA location, hopefully.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and must say that it remains a solid 3 star visit. The service has been hit or miss, which is the primary reason for the low stars. Upon check in, the staff always seems in overwhelmed mode, and can be on the rude side. I asked both times to be seated outside. The first visit I was seated right away, the second time I was told there would be a 15 minute wait, and there was very few people seated outside. Now I don’t mind waiting, but after 25 minutes, I was still seated inside, after being told that there was no available tables outside. I do like the fact that you can enter your phone number and receive a text message when your table is ready. However, when you receive that text message, be prepared to wait at least another 10 minutes while someone else comes over to help you, or as they stand there looking at you, holding your seating fate in their hands. The location is very nice inside. When I sat outside, we were able to have the heater turned on making for a very comfortable environment. On the inside, the place was extremely loud and the table was cramped. Not to mention the people seated next to me thought it was a good idea to enter my personal space with their chairs. Definitely not the best dining experience as I had to ask the woman twice to move over, as her hair ended up in my food both times. The waitress just kind of shrugged at me after the woman refused to move over, and had I not been an adult, I would have just dumped my dinner on her since her hair was in it anyway. Now to the food. I’ve tried the buffalo wings on both occasions, and they are very good. I also tried the fried mac and cheese which was delicious. I like the skinnylicious menu as well. I’ve tried the cajun jambalaya pasta dish which was delicious, just the perfect amount of spicy, as well as the grilled salmon, although a slight bit overcooked, still moist and delicious. The portions are large, and the pricing fair for what you’re getting. Drinks wise, I’ve tried the piña colada, the tropical martini, and the pineapple mojito, all of which were good on the amount of alcohol and fantastic on flavor. The best part about the Cheesecake Factory is, and will always be the cheesecake. I always get the red velvet cheesecake as it is my favorite. Save lots of room for the cheesecake, the portion is huge, and extremely filling. This place certainly does cheesecake right. Now, if only they can get the service improved, the rating would improve. But I’ll eat here again for the cheesecake alone.

The service here kind of sucks. That alone docked the review down to two stars. We stood in front of the bakery/cheesecake display for a long time, there were no other customers, and no one offered assistance to see if we wanted to buy anything, so they lost our business there. In addition, when we went to get seated at the front reception area, we weren’t acknowledged for at least 10 minutes, and there was nobody else waiting for service! When they finally took our names, there wasn’t even a wait to be seated, so I really wonder what kept them from just looking at us and saying, «I’ll be with you in a moment.» It was truly frustrating, especially because we were there to have a nice dining experience. The only thing that saved this review from going down to a one-star experience was the food. The food was really good. My boyfriend and I both ordered the chipotle chicken pasta with an appetizer of the buffalo blasts, and we were impressed. I think the price of the food, although a bit pricey, was comparable to the quality of food served. We will definitely visit the Cheesecake Factory again, but we won’t ever go back to this location.

Cheesecake Factory Pros: Location, Cheesecake & menu selection Cons: Service I like the atmosphere and I love the location of this Cheesecake Factory, however the service here is hit or miss. With that being said, I don’t go here very often. I’ve had a few experiences where the waiter wasn’t very helpful, if the waiter was available at all. The food is ok but it’s not something that makes me want to tell all my friends about it. The best thing about this location is the fact that it’s attached to Lenox mall, the cheesecake and the beautiful atmosphere. They could do a better job with making sure the staff treats every customer with superior customer service. Overall my experience at the Cheesecake Factory could have been better but due to the amount of restaurants in the Atlanta area I don’t have to go to the same place over and over again. I only recommend this location if your looking for amazing cheesecake. If you do go here I sincerely hope your waitress/waiter understands the importance of customer service.

Can improve: Take reservations. Benchmark: They set the standard for Cheesecakes in my book and I have tried all the popular spots in New York City to compare. Their food is good as well and extremely reasonable for the portions they provide. Dined in Aug 2015 and will return. Def. try the chocolate mousse cheesecake.

I enjoyed this new Cheesecake Factory. Up until 3 months ago, I hadn’t been to the factory in about 3 years. Usually I go to the one outside of Perimeter Mall. But I absolutely LOVE this one! The wait system is great. As opposed to the traditional buzzers that alert you when your seating is available, only up to a certain distance, they’ve now switched to a text system. Love it. You have 4 minutes to get there, but you can go about your business and do other things you need to if there is a long wait. And you can probably get there in 4 minutes from anyplace in the mall. My food was great! I had the Orange chicken with brown rice and veggies. So tasty and light yet filling! And we ate on the patio. Perfect weather with plenty of shade, the good kind. My mom definitely enjoyed her Mother’s Day there.

Typical Cheesecake except this one seems to be less busy than the one in Sandy Springs and smaller. I guess its because this is considered a cheaper alternative in Buckhead and also a bit boring with all the great restaurants buckhead has to offer. We just choose this place because it was in the mall so it was easy and convenient and ricky wanted his lunch cocktail and I wanted the bread lol.

Very classy and very delicious. The server was extremely respectful although a little slow. They have delicious drinks and the food menu is huge! They have options for everyone. OH and their bread is delicious . I order fried macaroni as my appetizer since I ate so much bread. It was as amazing as it sounds. and I even combined bread and macaroni and fell in more love. I also got strawberry lemonade that wad equally delicious Besides being a little expensive, you pay for the ambience and the food!

A Cheesecake Factory is nothing original. But, between the savory food and creamy cheesecakes, it makes you crawling back every once in a while for more. This location offers different seating options. Indoor seating and heated outdoor seating. This location is also very large, BUT there is almost always a wait. I cannot count on my fingers how many times we’ve come to this location and we’re told that we need to wait upwards an hour for a table and we just turned around and walked out. It’s also very loud and the indoor seating area is caotic. So, u suggest you sit outside of you can. We really enjoyed our food though. And the portions are huge!!!

Cheesecake Factory is like a buffet. Tons to choose from, but the quality may not really be there. I have had good stuff here and I have had bad stuff here. It’s the luck of the draw really. It’s your typical American dishes with a little flair by adding a new skinnylicious menu and large portions. The salads I have to say are really good! The cheesecake is even better. So many choices, so little time. Good thing they have a walk up counter for the cheesecake so you don’t have to dine in to get some. I was annoyed at the hostess stand because we had a party of 5 and of course they don’t seat until the whole party is there. Fine, those of us who are there are checked in. But when our party was fully there, we had to wait? So I am confused because logic tells me I been had my name on the list, we checked in, we are now all here, then I should be next, right??? Nope we had to wait, and wait too long where we had to say something. No Bueno in my book. Our server was nice; she was just a little bit busy. The food took a little time to come out so I was thankful for the bread. The bread is great comes out warm. The butter should be room temperature as well. Overall ok experience.

I’m surprised that I haven’t written a review for this location since I’ve been here about 3 times in the past 2 months. First off, Cheesecake Factory is great because no matter who you dine with, there’s always something on the menu for everyone. The menu takes at least 5 – 7 minutes or more to view from cover to cover. That’s why it’s the perfect place to go to if you’re just craving a predictable menu with solid service. Oh, and I’m sure most of you dine here for their dessert menu as well. The last couple of times I was here, I went for a birthday brunch and happy hour. Our brunch group was over 10 people and the service as stellar. We could not have asked for a better team of servers that took great care of us. I ordered from their lo-cal menu and got their BBQ chicken salad. Portion size was perfect and my chicken was well cooked. On another visit, I went to their happy hour on a weeknight with a dear friend, Morgan W., before heading to the Unilocalmas holiday party and sitting at the bar was quite the experience. Our bartender that night didn’t quite understand that waiting 15 – 20 minutes for a drink order was frustrating because he just assumed his order was being handled by another team member. Luckily for him, I wasn’t in the mood to get i-rate so I just asked one more time for my friend to check on her drink order and that was all it took. My last visit was yesterday and decided to order something complete different. The Chicken Madeira was calling my name because it came with their infamous mashed potatoes and asparagus. My chicken was cooked well and had this delicious, tangy and sweet sauce that seemed soy sauce based. I dug it and completed my entire plate. It came with about 2 pieces of chicken breast(grilled) topped with melted mozzarella cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and the grilled asparagus. YUM. Our server was fantastic. She was on the ball and gave me my extra plate of lemons for my water and tea and made sure that our tea mugs were always half full. Kudos to our server for taking great care of us on a busy Sunday! I look forward to returning for future happy hours during the week since my office is less than 10 minutes away and post shopping lunch and dinners.
