My husband and I stayed here on 11÷2÷13. His daughter had gone by there previously and was shown a cheerful bright clean room with a large queen bed and sitting area. They assured her that would be the room where we would be staying it was not. The place was filthy, truly filthy and by the time we returned from dinner and went to bathe to discover the bathroom was extremely filthy, the shower didn’t work so we stood in the tub and rinsed ourselves off. The towels were smelly and sparse and if you are ready for the kicker when we pulled back the sheets there were black hairs all over the gray sheets. We woke up this morning covered in bug bites, these could have come from the Marriott Resort on Marco Island but they could have come from here too. I did note a report of bed bugs on the registry today for the Marco Island Marriott Resort that was for the same time period that we were there 10÷26−11÷2. I have never had them before but we damn sure have them now. Our plane landed in Denver at 4:45 it is now 3:17 am. and I am still washing clothes that are sorted in bags sitting in our driveway because we wont’ bring them in our garage. We put our luggage into large lawn and leaf bags for the trash man to haul away tomorrow morning. Our Shoes had to go into a hot oven for twenty minutes two pair at a time… we were at the Marriott on Marco Island for the previous nine days so we had a lot of luggage clothes and shoes. BEDBUGS! DONOTSTAYHEREITIS A DUMP! A filthy dirty dump!

Nice old hotel, in a lovely neighborhood. I’m only giving it four stars because the maid service was a bit spotty(not replacing toiletries when used, had to ask for washcloths, etc…).

Having stayed here several times in the past we recently went back. The hotel is now bank owned and occurred about 8 months ago. The place has went down hill. We stayed in the Faye suite as we had before. Well it was so dirty I could not stay a second night of two night reservation. The main attendant was very nice, but the curtains and canopy were filthy. The Whirpool tub was leaking brown water. Yuck. Not sure about the other rooms, but this was so sad! It was great when it was owner occupied. Not the bank is trying to coup monies. Please check your room before you stay.

Ladybugs galore! Very weird. I guess it’s fine for temporary residence. Apparently it is marketed globally. There were so many non-english speaking guests! The place is old. I guess if you like ‘charm’ you would like it. Cleaning people come every day like at a hotel. It was ok.

We stayed at the Beverly Hills Inn last night and were very impressed. We lived down the street from this boutique B&B for over a year and never even knew it existed, but now it is going to be the only place we stay when we come back for a visit. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, stores and the Buckhead Theatre. The owner and gentleman working the front desk were both very friendly and the room was a great size. The bed was a little squeaky, but very comfortable. There was a designated lot in the back, which made parking so easy and the breakfast and business center were nice touches. I love this inn and recommend it to anyone who is visiting Atlanta and doesn’t want to pay outrageous prices for a generic hotel.

I think we found our spot when choosing an inn in ATL. Our room was awesome and Mit the owner makes it all the better.

The Beverly Hills Inn is like going to stay with warm, quirky, hospitable relatives. It’s a little bit of quiet, comfy, gentility in a bustling, modern city. Yes, there is a little bit of peeling paint and temperamental plumbing, but this is a great old girl of a house. Anyone who walks into a 90 year old house and complains about cosmetic imperfections is, frankly, a moron. Such people should stay somewhere else. The Holiday Inn Express will be glad to have you. The Beverly Hills Inn isn’t meant for you, anyway. But if you are looking for something beautiful, something special, something with a history… then you will get the Beverly Hills Inn. You’ll feel the vibe and spirit of those sweet ladies that used to inhabit the place. You’ll look out from you balcony at the immaculate grounds and charming neighborhood and shrug off the tension of your day. You’ll chat with the colorful collection of staff members and the warm, friendly, entertaining owner, Mit Amin(who was not in the least snooty as another reviewer described him). They’ll also welcome your well-behaved dog, which was huge to us. They even put us in a ground floor room with entrance to the lawn from our balcony, just for easy access for our dog. And, surprisingly, there were no signs of previous doggy guests. As a traveler who has stayed in a number of «pet-friendly» hotels, this is unusual and refreshing. This may seem a small thing to touch on, but our room was immaculate. Our housekeeper was incredibly thorough. The towels were clean, fresh, and thick. The bedding was comfortable, clean, and fresh smelling. Some reviewers described this place as dirty, moldy, and musty. I saw no evidence of this. Not even a bit of dust on the picture frames. Either it’s a problem that has been since resolved or those reviewers are confusing«old» with«dirty.» We did have to ask for an extra pillow, but that was promptly and graciously supplied. I do wish the kitchenette was stocked with a coffeemaker and a few kitchen items, but those are easily available in the breakfast room /conservatory. We loved having a refrigerator in our room. Breakfast options are limited to the usual pastries, bagels, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. No low carb options, but that’s typical of most hotels. Next time, we’ll know to bring a skillet and some eggs for the kitchenette! This inn is not for everyone. If you need everything to be slick and new and shiny… if you need uniformed desk clerks… if you think a crack in the wall makes a place trashy – well, I can’t help you. You are a soulless robot, the product of the under-traveled, overly-opinionated American obsession with factory-packaged perfection. The Beverly Hills Inn is lovely in a way you will never understand. But if you understand that a place can have a soul, can make you feel something, can be SPECIAL… then congratulations, you’ve found your spot.
