Great service, quick service on my iPhone 5S screen. I will be back so they can do my iPad 2.

I checked with several computer repair shops in the metro Atlanta area when one of my laptops needed to have the charge port repaired. Vincent from Tapeworm was quickly responsive to my request for a quote via Unilocal and was actually the only merchant I communicated with who said he could perform the repair. (The others didn’t seem to do any type of repair that required soldering or said they couldn’t get the part.) He completed the repair quickly, included a 60 day warranty, and I intentionally waited to write this review so that I could confirm whether I’d had any problems since. I have not. I felt the price he offered was fair for the work he performed and he had no problem answering all of my questions (which I’ve had issues with from other vendors who act bothered with anyone who is detail-​oriented and has performed their own research). I will definitely look to Tapeworm when in the market for computer repairs!

Worst place to go to DO NOT GO HERE! had the WORST experience… a simple screen fix that was supposed to take 2 hours ended up taking 10 hours of waiting for the driver to get there with my part… fool finally shows up to tell me he forgot the screen for my phone… they brought it to me the next day without a Sim card. I call em and he says the driver will bring it… I call the owner to let him know… he says the driver will there in an hour…3 hours later… dude never shows up so I come up there… where the owner destroys my Sim card reader AND has to order a new one which will be here in 3 days to a week he said…3 WEEKS LATER I get a call to pick up my phone… only to find out that it’s fixed… but all my pics music… videos everything was deleted and reset! They didn’t contact me to see if I could save my things somehow (which I could have) and just gave me a smug apology before I left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! wish I could go back in time and stop myself from stepping foot here!!!

I was referred to this repair shop by a co worker and I must say that the experience has been the WORST. I originally went in to get my iPhone 6+ screen repaired and within 2 hours of the screen being repaired, the adhesive was coming of the side of the phone. I could now see everything under the screen of my phone. I went back to next day for him to fix the problem and he gave me a case to put on the phone this town to help the adhesive stay in place. Okay so now it’s a week and a half later and my screen wants to blackout, be unresponsive and have a million lines going through it. I call the store to speak to the guy who has been repairing my phone and explain the problem… His first response is «well you know you’re going to have to pay the difference». After this being my THIRD time having to come back to see you to fix something that should’ve been completely fixed correctly the first time I shouldn’t be paying anything. So I got back in today to get my phone fixed… He fixes it and then says «do you want the case back that I gave you?» Lol really sir… At this point you can keep it, no thanks. By far the worst cell phone repair shop I have ever been to.

Such great customer service! I called in after finding their place on Groupon. My phone was a different one than what the deal was for, but the owner still gave me a deal. And the quote was already way lower than what I was quoted anywhere else! They fixed my screen and the phone looks new. There was a delay, but it WAS a Saturday so they had an influx of customers. But I was handled with the utmost respect and care from my call to the time I walked out of the door, phone in hand and good as new! It’s located on Flat Shoals down from Moreland, so there are plenty of quaint and unique places to stop by while waiting for your repair, as well as a great new bakery next door. They’ve got my business for life! And my mom loves her newly repaired phone!
Tip: Make sure you are paying attention to the signs or you may miss it while driving. There is also a free lot right next to it. Parking was a breeze.

These people are very rude and unprofessiona!!! l I called a few weeks ago, and got a quote and when I call today it was double what I was told initially. I called them and back once I got my facts straight and tried explain to him what I was told, but whomever that I spoke to was very rude. He cut me off while I was talking and then hung up the phone!!! Please do not patronize this shady, ghetto business; go elsewhere where people are respectful, and will not talk over you nor talk in a condescending tone. I was only trying to give someone my money by patronizing them, yet they were very rude and unprofessional smh. This is a new business, and practicing that sort of customer service they will not survive!!!

Dropped an iPhone 6s and cracked the screen while changing my sons diaper lol, they fixed it on a Friday in 20mins.

P12 days after it my iPhone 6 was «fixed» my screen is not even viewable, I can’t receive or send calls and can’t even unlock my phone!!! At least when the screen was cracked I could use it. I’m severely disappointed after receiving what I thought was amazing service. I’m out of town for the holidays and will regretfully have to spend more money to have my phone repaired. However when I return to Atlanta, regardless of warranty, I will be seeking a full refund.

These guys replaced the screen on my iPhone 6 and are friendly, fast, professional, and very affordable. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. I am traveling. This was my 2^nd attempt in Atlanta to get my iPad mini glass cover fixed. I called, made sure they could fix it, verified they had the part, scheduled an appointment, and confirmed the address. Because I’m traveling, I had to take Über to get there. Then, once I got there, I learned that they don’t fix iPad mini 3. First, this should have been confirmed in advance when I had them in the phone. Secondly, when you cost a customer money, a business should make it right. I’m out $ 30 in Über fares and still don’t have my mini fixed. Yes, $ 30 should have been offered to me. I write reviews, imagine what that review would have looked like.

GREAT SERVICE AND FAST SERVICE! Great strip to walk along while phone is being fixed and w/​reasonable pricing which is the lowest I ever seen!
