Service here was great for most of the Asians first generation immigrant until one of their best employee quit. Recently I visited the store for help with some phone services and an employee (some Viet girl) gave us the worst service ever! Not only does she has no respect for any customers, she was basically yelling at my parents for not understanding something. It was very poor, unprofessional and I feel very bad for the store that accidentally hire people like this. Bottom line is, don’t go here if you want to be treated with respect.
