The food is good but the place only had one employee working today so service is slow.

I’ve probably been to this subway 50 times over the past few years but lately this location has resorted to very underhanded upsell tactics. If you order chips + drink with your meal they will automatically upgrade you to their jumbo drink size without asking you. When I demanded a refund and the typical medium sized drink, the employee begrudgily reached into the cash register and handed me two quarters(the wrong amount — should have been 54 cents but I wasn’t going to argue). There are about six Subways in Dunwoody, I see no reason to go back to this one.

If I could give NO stars I would. These owners have the most incompetent people working for them. I called to place an order for a business meeting for 25 people and I was told that because he didn’t work the next day that I couldn’t order today. Also, I called 4 times. Finally this gentleman answers with«hello» no subway no nothing. As if I shouldn’t have called. Threw me off. Anyway, I didn’t order. Not would I because lord knows if they’d have it done. Big thing that sucks it that these are franchises, these owners put their hearts and souls and wallets into this! Hopefully they hire better. This could’ve been great revenue for them.

Fresh ingredients, very attentive, and very nice. There was a bit of messiness on the tables, chairs and floors, but it looked like it had been very busy before we got there. Overall I will go back for sure. Customer service again was great and the tuna sandwich was yummy.
