Strength Lab is awesome! The trainers are so personable and really focus on what you need. I personally workout with AJ Mastin for the past year or so and love it. I have noticed dramatic improvements in my physically strength, especially upper body strength which I was lacking greatly. I meet with AJ about 2 – 3 times a week. Each session is unique to make sure your body doesn’t get into a routine. I have lost at least 4 inches on my arms which I asked to focus on(no one wants grandma arms). The session usually has a combination of strength, cardio, boxing, etc. You will not get bored since each you will be doing something different each time, but if you do want a routine they will work with you on that as well. AJ even sends me exercises to do at home or when I can’t make it in. He is consistently encouraging me. If you have health or handicaps problems, these tailored sessions are the way to go. There is a great combination of machines and equipment. Also, there is two full baths with showers if you work out in the morning before work. The gym is a nice cool temperature and plenty of parking spots. I still have a long way to go, but AJ is there until the end!

I have been training with AJ Mastin for about 4 months. He came highly recommended to me from a friend who has been training with him for over a year. He is always willing to work with our busy schedules and I really appreciate that! I have nothing but great things to say about the group classes and one on one sessions I’ve had. No two classes sessions are the same which I love because I can never get bored. AJ is always very attentive which ensures we do each exercise properly. He also is very accommodating for any injuries. Even with a sprained ankle he kept me working out until it healed and modified the work outs especially for me. Those sessions weren’t any easier than the ones I’ve had while healthy so I always felt like the effort was paying off!
