Viewed this property today and I love it. I will be moving in May, cant wait!

Made an appointment to view the apartments, arrived on time, office was closed. Called the central leasing center to reschedule, made a second appointment, arrived on time, again the office was closed. Ran into another frustrated gentleman who also kept visiting but no one was ever there.
Very disappointed because I intended on signing a lease that day. Oh well!

Okay living areas. But price keeps increasing while parking is getting worse. No where near enough parking. If u come after 10 forget about finding a parking spot near your home. You’ll need to walk a good ⁵⁄₁₀ minutes to be able to find a spot. Parking is huge for me. I mean who wants to come home and end up having to park on the opposite side of the complex? I once came home and couldn’t even find an open spot. I had to park at ANOTHER apartment complex.

How long will it take for the parking to be fixed! Stop booting when visitor parking is full!!!

Best staff I have ever met. Great place to live. The property is clean and safe and loved the whole ambiance of this place. Highly recommend.

Fix the visitors parking! It’s really frustrating to visit friends here and have to circle the parking lot like a vulture. I just waited 26 minutes for a parking spot. I’m here weekly visiting, I see the same motorcycle parked in a visitor spot. Clearly a resident! What’s worse, you used to have more visitor parking because you can see the word VISITOR blacked out. For the price people are paying, you must believe they are well off with no friends.
Update: circling for another 50 minutes now.

I moved here from a lake front property that I simply loved. Although I still miss the view of my lake, I can truly call this home. They are in a central location, offer a decent gym, laundry facility, car wash area, a nice pool with Bar & BBQ grills, well kept nature trail, and cute little dog park. The staff really does make it a joy to live here. They are always ready to listen and help resolve any issues. The maintenance staff handles work orders promptly, but more importantly, with a smile. I feel there is sufficient visitors parking and there are also garage units for those fancy folks.

I love my apartment, the location, amenities, and office staff, but my neighbors, particularly those in my building — i absolutely must leave — i cannot stand it another year and it is so unfortunate. It is constant door slamming — across the hall and, downstairs. And when my downstairs neighbor has company, say about 10 guys all who appear to have had at least 1 drink — no sleep or rest in sight! I honestly thought I would tail last semester because I simply could not study at home where I pay my rent. My neighbor upstairs — i’m not sure when she is sleep, whether it is early in the morning — mid day– or at night, she’s dropping something and it is heavy. I spoke with her more than once and one of those occasions she said she was rearranging her bookshelf and because the weight of the books when they hit the floor, well you get the picture. Another time, she said she was rearranging her pantry — but how do you drop cases of soda — that doesn’t make sense. I would have thought dropping them would result in a mess every where but I guess not. I expect some noise in apartments — but the frequency and volume it is an invasion on my peace. If anyone who lives on property could explain why the constant door slamming i would appreciate it. i just want to understand why my neighbors simply cannot close the doors. And when the doors slam, they slam, you feel it in the floor. This is not just the front door, it is the patio too until the vibration just goes that far. Ok, enough for now. I was motivated to type this review simply because my neighbor felt it necessary to let the door slam and wake me up on this fine Sunday morning when for once i didn’t have to get up early, but now i am!

Great apt complex — lots to offer in a natural setting (Yes, lots of trees and a creek) in the Druid Hills area of Atlanta. Great Pool, Dog Park, Volleyball Court, and walking trails in a natural area. Lots of fun activities for their residents. Office staff is friendly, personable, and some even live on the property.
