Brad Burns and Paula Van Sickle charged us more commission than what we agreed upon because they felt they deserved more. (Brad’s words) We discovered this the night before closing. When we tried to discuss this with Brad he would not take our calls then they did not show up to closing the next day. This caused more problems for us later. When I tried to contact the broker about this I was met with silence. Pitiful. I wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews. I hope this makes the next person think twice.
