Worst customer service ever! We bought a sleep number bed about two years ago, and the remote has never worked properly. I contacted the store, and they gave me the Customer Service number. Each time I called, there was a wait of at least ten minutes before I could even speak to someone. When I finally got someone on the line, she wanted me to go through an extensive set of steps(basically taking the whole bed apart) to diagnose the problem myself. When I told her I wanted someone to come out, she said it would be at least two weeks and there would be a charge. I received an email survey from their CS dept the next day and gave them a terrible review. Someone from CS called as a result, and she did agree to schedule a technician visit and send me a new pump. I was given a four hour window from noon to 4:00 today, and the technician did not show up until after 5 pm. They didn’t even bother to call and let me know that they would be coming an hour LATER than the four hour window I was given. If you buy a Sleep Number bed, you’d better hope you never have a problem with it because their customer service is beyond atrocious. I wish I had never bought mine!

I purchased a bed here in November 2013, and Jeremy Rogers, the store manager, helped me make my decision. He was great, very knowledgable and honest without being pushy, unlike other mattress department salespeople. I wasn’t sure that a Sleep Number bed was the right choice for me at first, but Jeremy was very patient as I kept trying out difference beds and never pushed me beyond my budget. After checking out a few other places in Perimeter Mall, I went back and know that I made the right decision purchasing my bed from Jeremy. The Sleep Number customer service hotline and delivery people have been very helpful as well. Overall, a very positive experience.
