Yum! I’m not a big cheesecake person, especially with commercial products. But this is fabulous. Not too rich, not too sweet, just bursting with flavor and completely satisfying. Aside from it being delicious, it was something all my friends could enjoy since it is appropriate for those who don’t do dairy/​soy/​grain. Healthy and natural. Finally desserts of this quality and nutritional profile are available in Atlanta!
