The process was easy and the mattress was more than half off. We got a top of the line mattress for a price we could afford and we love it! One might ask how a manufacturer can sell their mattresses directly to customers, bypassing the retailers like Mattress Firm, selling them for hundreds less, and still have Mattress Firm as a customer?
Did you ever wonder where those «returned/​exchanged» mattresses go? Those mattresses that came back within the first 90-​days?
Retailers aren’t concerned about competition from used bed sales.

Wonderful experience. In an out, including final purchasing, in a half an hour. Jamison helped us, and not only was he knowledgeable, he really seemed to want to help us out above anything else. A friendly group, and after shopping all around, the prices cannot be beat. Saved over $ 1200 and was not only able to afford our ideal mattress at another place we could not afford, we were able to find an even better mattress for less than the first one — much less.

This is the BEST place to buy a mattress. They have a very laid back, no pressure, but very knowledgable and helpful staff. They walked me through the differences in firmness so I could make an educated decision. I tried every mattress and all my questions were answered and I felt completely comfortable with my decision. The best part is the prices were incredible. One quarter the cost of the same mattress at retail and it comes with box springs included. Highly recommended.

Bought a mattress here the other day and once it was delivered I was so excited to put on my sheets and get in bed. Once I did, I realized it was too firm! It felt like a brick, and the 4″ memory foam did nothing. I don’t know what I was thinking buying a firm mattress. The sad part is, I cannot return it. Guess I will give it away or sell it to someone. But, I will be back to purchase another mattress here. Next time i will get something more plush and softer. I don’t know what i was thinking buying a firm mattress.

Don’t let the exterior of the building fool you, this is a great place to pick up a mattress. Pricing is very competitive and straightforward. I believe delivery runs about $ 50 and they’ll pick up your old mattress when they drop in your new one.
