Dr. Shirey is great and very personable. As a nurse, I’m very aware of quality health care and that’s just what you get in this office. Dr. Shirey listens to my concerns and is accessible. She makes follow up phone calls and has the best staff… Henry runs the front office and is awesome. My family has been going here for years!

I like this place. I went for an annual check up. I felt very comfortable there.

This review is for Dr. Mary Suzanne Shivey. Previously, I had been a patient of Dr. Toni Rossi. I found at times Dr. Rossi was abrupt in her demeanor, though she diagnosed conditions extremely well. In majority I was pleased with her. She retired and after that I started seeing Dr. Shivey, her associate. I have nothing but extremely high praise for Dr. Shivey. She is compassionate, caring, professional and very competent. Her staff is the best. You could not ask for a better staff. They are all wonderful people, and make a great team. I would recommend them without hesitation and am fortunate to have them. They were recommended to me. I recommend them to others. They really do very well for their patients. I just cannot think of a better experience I have had with a medical practice in many years.

I went here for a general checkup and some bloodwork. The staff was nice, but the doctor (I can’t remember if it was Rossi or Shirey) came back and managed to insult my career accidentally in the first few minutes (I mentioned I was an author; she immediately commented that how sick she was of seeing paranormal romance books on the shelf. I write paranormal romance books.) I could have let that go though, except for the fact that I was promised a call and a followup appointment within a week. After almost a month, I finally called them and was unceremoniously told «everything is normal» and all but hung up on. Not my worst doctor’s office experience, but not a place I’d return to either.

I like this office a lot — it has a real neighborhood feel and friendly staff. I am phobic of doctors, but Dr. Rossi was great — I felt very comfortable with her!
