This cleaners is in our community and I feel that it’s important to support local businesses. That said, it brings me no joy to be writing this. I also take pride in commending those who provide great service or products and simply moving on to spend with other businesses when I receive less than. The short review, if you’re not interested in the background… If you like your clothes, expect to receive all of them once cleaned, or are partial to being treated with a modicum of decency, STAYAWAY! Not only did they lose 7 Blue Solid and 3 Pink Solid dress shirts(4 Charles Tyrwhitt, 2 Spier & Mackay and 4 Lands End), when I returned to see if she had possibly made an honest mistake, the lady refused to check the clothing rack and told me my wife must have lost them. She did allow me to look at the computer screen, but only said that clothes came in and the she had checked that someone picked them up… but we’re talking about almost 90 shirts here. 10 shirts could have easily been overlooked. I give her company the benefit of considering there could have been human error and she tells me my wife must have lost them??? It was useless trying to appeal to this lady’s decency. She wouldn’t even spin the clothing rack system to check. I don’t like writing this but I refuse to accept this sort of repugnant behavior. The background My wife and I have used Quality Cleaners for some time for laundering and some of our dry cleaning. *One thing of note is we’ve usually taken large orders when we’ve gone. e.g. My last order was 87 dress shirts… so we’re usually bringing all of the cleaned items into the house and, if there’s a problem, we don’t find out for weeks. Some time ago, I pulled one of my dress shirts from the closet and found that it had a large stain covering most of the back of the shirt. I took it to the lady and she passionately assured me they hadn’t cleaned the item… that is until I showed the tag in the collar of the unworn shirt. She apologized and I didn’t make a big deal… just let it go. Fall 2014, we took a load of Spring/Summer clothes to be cleaned before being stored for the cold season. Spring 2015, I pulled out what I knew to be a seersucker suit(worn one time since purchase) but the pants were nowhere to be found. Figuring so much time had passed and I didn’t want to argue with the lady… I let it go. After the suit, I was a bit reluctant to give her my business again but my wife and I agreed to give Quality Cleaners one more time. I explained my reservations to her. She assured me that everything would be perfect(like she would say anything but that). We counted and inspected each shirt as I handed them over to her. $ 189.30 was my total. My wife picked up the shirts. They were all so neat looking when I took them out of the car. All of the white shirts were together. The multicolored shirts were even organized… ginghams all together, plaid in a group, striped… I was impressed. With the closet almost overflowing, what I didn’t notice at the time was that I didn’t have one solid blue or solid pink shirt. Yes, I’m disappointed. I don’t like being out of these expensive shirts. But, at this point, I’m even more disappointed in the business practices and sheer indecency of Quality Cleaners and strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere. Our community deserves better than this.

Quality Cleaners is fairly new and located in a shopping center on Fairburn and Cascade Roads. The service is great, the prices are standard and the customer service is exceptional. My boyfriends had suits tailored and I’ve comforters cleaned. Overall they did a pretty good job. If you’re in the South Fulton County area near I-285 and Cascade Road, take your clothes to Quality Cleaners. There are several Quality Cleaners in the metro area.
