Dr. Draketon used to be such a great doctor. Today is the last time my child will go here. Ashley the receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. After my appointment today 11÷12÷15 I had to get the physical paper stamped for the school and I waited in front of Ashely for 5 minutes while she was on the phone. Even if she is speaking to another patients parent when you have a real life human in your face you are supposed to put that person on hold. I also have an issue with the nurse line. If I call my pediatrician’s office I should at least be able to receive a call back when I leave a message regarding situations or even just trying to make an appointment. Its been over a year since they started the no walk ins situation which is very dumb. Children get hurt and sick 24⁄7. This office isn’t reliable. If my child has a fever and the office is open I still will have to visit an urgent care or emergency room. so whats the purpose of this office? I believe that this office needs to rethink the entire situation. Customer service is key with all companies and this place no longer has the proper customer service. I tried to stick with this business but the first mistake was over a year ago. When the doctor prescribes a prescription they will normally ask you where you would like the prescription to go or would you like to send it to the pharmacy that you already have on file. On this occasion they sent my daughters prescription somewhere she had never been before. Which means I had to make sure I drove to the new location and get the medication and also start a completely new file for her. Even when I called the Doctor office back they kept saying we already sent it to your pharmacy, I called 3 times. I finally asked on the fourth call what was the name and address of the pharmacy and realized they sent it to a location i never mentioned nor did I authorize. Dr. Kimberly is the other doctors name I believe. She is very helpful and makes sure you understand the prescriptions and have the proper information necessary for your child.

As an adult, when I call MY primary care doctor I see the same person all the time. I’m not quite sure y the same doesn’t stand true 4 this pediatric office. I hav been bringing my son 2 this office since 2009& I hav watched it slowly become a train wreck. I chose this office/doctor originally b/c it was a family run biz(husband & wife) & it was close 2 my house but I honestly think Dr. Drayton’s patient load has grown so much that she may be having a hard time keeping up. I mean how is it that my son has seen her for years & then one day out of the blue on a scheduled appt we show up 2 b seen by sum random lady? There was no heads up or anything. I could go on about the random incidents that hav occurred at this office but if u go yr sure 2 hav yr own list of issues. What I do like about Dr. Drayton is that when I left her practice 4 another doc we were able 2 have a convo & get things ironed out, she seems knowledgeable & has a cool personality. What I don’t like is the wait(EVERYTIME), the new automated sign n system & the staff’s attitude on most days. There is no reason I should hav 2 call the office 5 times 2 get a referral sent out. SMH

Horrible! Im desperately looking for another pediatrics asap due to the staff being extremely unethical and unprofessional. Incident 1) they violated my child’s right and hippa laws by faxing over her blood work results to another company without written consent from me 2) i took my child in at 830am as a walk in bc she was having some issues. They told me they dont do walk ins but i do remember they did at one point but then girl at the front desk asked«whats wrong with your daughter» but da shocking thing is that she expected me to discuss her issues out loud in front of the other patients. I said to her«Im not going to talk about her health issues out loud dummy!!» They are not thorough enough when it comes to explaining healthcare information. Its time for us to move on
