After our trip looking for a wallet at Louis Vuitton(just posted my review on Louis Vuitton), our next stop: Prada. Once we girls stepped into the store, we were greeted by three very cheery staffs. We said hi and my friend told one associate she was looking for a wallet. He started showing her a few wallets of the same color. My friend in turned asked me my opinion. I said the color was not really her. Then he showed her another wallet, I said the wallet was another embossed leather, great in not showing scratches but still the color not really her. The staff asked what colors was she looking for since they have all colors. She was like she did not want any black for sure. He said they have an orange. I said to my friend orange is good. He came back with an orange wallet and my girlfriend said that was a «sad orange» and asked what I thought. I said yeah, that was a dull orange. I told the associate my this friend loves bright colors, something that pops. He said the only color that fits into that will be the red wallets. We followed him. Honestly, I saw those wallets, that was a dull red too. There is nothing really exciting about those wallets. Sorry! I took off one point basically of what the staff said. If I was the sales associate, I would not say«we have all colors.» I have looked around, I did not see any tangerine, or white or grey wallets. So there is no «all colors» here. Still, A for the friendliness and helpfulness from this sales associate, and C for the color choices of these Prada’s wallets. Next stop, Fendi!

I quite like Prada, but shopping here is a little annoying. The salespeople are helpful, but a bit pushy and so-super attentive bordering on intrusive and it honestly seems fake and overdone. When I want to shop, I want to relax and enjoy and make my decision in peace and on my own.

This is the worst excuse for a Prada store I have ever seen. I went in there today to find some of the new fall shoes. The entire store was filled with summer inventory that the salesperson told me was the fall inventory. It was insulting to me as a Prada customer as well as to the brand and the Atlanta market. Shame on Prada. If they were not going to inventory it why did they open it???

I went into the Prada store at Lenox Mall a few weeks ago. All I have to say is that the service was AMAZING. Not only did I not look like a million bucks, we definitely were not flashing our designer duds either. Unlike the Louis Vuitton rep next store, the rep serviced us with a big smile on his face. Guess who will be back to buy a purse in a few weeks???
