Post Riverside

I needed to nail an apartment fast in arguably the best zoned elementary school area. The staff is very accomodating, listens to your needs etc. I feel very secure in this area, and it’s a «home» while I am away from my house out west for a few years. Highly recommend if you dont want to buy, want a gated community with easy access to every part of the greater Atlanta area.

What a great property to live at! The property grounds are beautiful and on site there’s a deli plus hair salon and dentist :) there are other things as well but these are my most used. There’s a town square to set and relax or get a meal from the deli then eat and enjoy outside. The apartments are great, with many floor plans to choose from. All of the staff that I’ve had to work with are soo helpful and kind. Love it here

I love my apartment. The leasing staff is quite helpful — as mindy G stated. Stephanie is my favorite leasing office person, but that is probably cuz she showed us the apartment, she kept me informed of when we could view it (because we signed before the former occupant was out and my parents wanted to «check it out» before I moved), and she always asks how things are whenever I go into the leasing office. However, I am pretty sure the rest of the leasing staff is just as awesome as Stephanie.
The apartments have a «town feel» to them… I used to say I would never live in Post Apartments because I feel like they are too overpriced. Why stay in a «college apartment» for escalated prices because they landscape??? But this is a good buy… or lease… The apartments are not «college apartments» and the landscaping is still done nicely… but the price is relatively fair.
I love the gym. Its great that I can go there at like 5am, because I have to get to work by 8 and also because no one else is in the gym at that time! I personally find it better when I work out by myself. The equipment is up to date and the treadmills/​elipticals have little fans on each one! Nice touch.

Leasing staff is helpful. Neighborhood has convenient services located on site. I have really liked it so far. Maybe it will change in a month or so, but happy so far
