I called porter cool 7am and at 930 they had a tech at my house. Keith looked at my whole system found the problem showed me what it took to fix it and gave me a great price. My air was working before I left for work. By far the best service guy I ever used.

Porter Cool replaced the attic AC coil in my AC unit. They were by far the best price and they explained the details in what they would do. I am definitely recommending him to my friends.

Keith Porter with Porter HVAC was exceptional. He came out just to give me an estimate for the replacement of a new system. He spent several hours doing diagnostics on my system. He cleaned an evaporator coil. He was a total professional.
I would recommend him and his company to
anyone that needs air conditioning services.
My advice to anyone needing this type of
service, do not call the larger A/​C companies. They do not treat their customers with care. Keith takes time to
explain everything to you. I highly recommend this professional young man to
anyone seeking A/​C services. Again, thank

This was absolutely the best service I have ever had! My heating unit just went out during this very cold season. Call them at the last minute and he came out at the time we agreed upon. He was very polite, professional and most of all reliable. He was very honest about what was going on with our heating unit. I would recommend their service to anyone at anytime! Tonight I had a outstanding experience that I feel I need to share! When I arrived home this afternoon around 4pm I found that our heat went out. Being that it’s November in Georgia, that’s not a good sign! Thankfully I found Porter Cool HVAC… he drove over at 5:30p, in the rain and was a true pleasure. He fixed our thermostat issue, check our other units, stayed to ensure that it was all working properly once it got up to temperature and most importantly… took the time to walk my husband and I through what had happened. As the Manager of Customer Service for a healthcare organization, I know what it is to genuinely care about what you do and the people you help. Thank you for caring! I will recommend your services any day of the week.
