Pizza Valley

I know this place gets a bad rap but it’s pretty decent to me and I tried their veggie pizza on Friday, now that gets five stars. When I did eat meat, the meat lovers was pretty good and if you get any extra large pizza, you get a free medium cheese pizza. On Friday, this place was packed but they did a great job of getting people in and out while the phone contiously rang call after call. We tried this place because they have halal meat and stuck with them because they are not too far from us and there is never a long wait in person or over the phone like other chain places who put you on hold or hang up on you. Please try the veggie pizza or even get a half and half. The veggie pizza was packed with flavor, it had mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, spinach, green/​black olives, hot pickled peppers, onions and ofcourse cheese. Oh, we are not a fan of their wings each time that we have tried in the past but when I did eat wings, it was hard to please me so try if you must.

Pizza Valley is the closest take out place to my house. They make a pretty good pizza I just wish they would do better on their sandwiches and salads. Most times when I order from them there is always a special going on so that’s always a good thing. Delivery is usually within 30 – 45 minutes that’s a plus as well. Wings are pretty good here too.

Only one star. Ordered a pizza from our hotel and they told us 45 min. An hour later we called and were told any minute. Then 15 min later we called again. They then called the delivery guy and told us 5 more minutes. It took 1 ½ hours and we received cold pizza.

Screw this place. Ordered a large fry with my meal, and you mean to tell me that 13 –14 fries is a large. Go f*ck your self pizza valley. This is not my first issue with these people. Dont eat here unless you want to be ripped off.

Worst ducking place I have ever ordered pizza from!!! I had to call them 8 times for them to tell me that my orde was a minute away 4 times within that hour. I told her I had a coupon for $ 12.90 and the driver told me I had to pay $ 14.00! The manager said she would «discount» my pizza but I ended up giving the driver $ 20.00 just because he didn’t know anything that was going on! This is a ratchet pizza place that you SHOULD NOT ORDER FROM

We missed our connecting flight in Atlanta and was given a flyer by the front desk of our hotel for this place. Looks like they have a good selection of items and we placed an order at midnight on a Tuesday. We were told it would be 45 minutes and we waited and waited. They close at 1pm, so I called right then and got someone on the second attempt. The said our order went out. We waited some more and finally gave up. The delivery driver then called my cell back at 1:47am and asked if I wanted my food. I felt bad, but an hour and 45 minutes later is not going to cut it. Anyone else having to do this, pay with cash when they arrive. I would have been irrate if I had given them my credit card when I ordered and had food that was 2 hours out of the oven.

Long time customer by way of my younger brother who eats like a half-​baked Frat boy waiting on his student aid refund check. Pizza Valley is cheap, just edible and convenient. I really wanted to help them by giving two stars but I can’t risk my Unilocal integrity in that manner. *adjusts silk ascot and velvet blazer* The pizza will survive with you if you get stranded on a deserted island-​at least the crust will. Customer service is reflective of locale. Our great nation will have elected a new president by the time your delivery order arrives. Deuces!

Very very disappointed with this store! We ordered pizzas yesterday at 4:45pm for dinner and they showed up an hour after we ordered. We gave a try since we received an AD so we ordered 2 XL pizzas and 1 topping each for $ 15.99 plus tax. At 5:50pm a delivery driver called us to confirm the right address since they said the address can not be found so we gave the delivery driver the right address which found on his GPS and we watched out through the window… an older model baby blue Toyota were speeding in our neighborhood area from Washington Rd and pasted us then turned around and were speeding again and made a sharp right turn onto our long narrow driveway which we told the person to tell the driver for their safety and the driver hit one of our LED pathway lights and were speeding uphill and nearly hit one of our cars that was «blind spot» so the driver was hoping he could park right before carport but BMW was in the carport and Scion was in front of BMW and he had no choice but parked in front of Scion so he had no choice but drove back up toward to the street but anyways there was a black guy with his negative attitude so we decided not to give him tip (which we normally do but for his behavior and speeding — sorry no tip!) and I put down «ZERO!» besides the «TIP:» and he got angry just because he didn’t deserve to receive tip from us and he went back in the car and speed back up and he was out of control and hit the driveway under his car and a mud was messy and you could tell the pictures that his tire ate up the mud and was about an inch or so deeper from the driveway edge. Reported to the manager about this situation but the manager didn’t believe me. We checked the pizzas and it was only few topping but more cheese and we thought the box was 14 inches so had to make sure but it was 16 inches. Thin pizza, thick and more crust. Very very disappointed! We know about this place so once is enough and not planning to order from this store ever again!

One of the worst pizzas we’ve had. Dominoes or Little Caesars is better than this place. I can’t even really describe what it taste like but it’s not pizza. Our son had the wings and the mild sauce is basically no flavor at all. I should have checked Unilocal before ordering… lesson learned.

Placed an order for delivery, took almost two hours to get fried shrimp, carrot cake, and what was suppose to be strawberry cheesecake… but no strawberries and cakes were both frozen solid. Advised hotel threat they may need to remove their menus from the lobby.

Absolutely God awful. Worse excuse for food I have ever had. They took two hours to deliver my food. Had to show up twice because the driver forgot food. The second time he showed up, he still forgot food. It’s not that hard to get an order right on the first, second, or third try. The cheesesteak was ice cold and the Italian meat tasted like a month old. They did not give me the refund they promised. Did I mention we were only staying a mile down the road from them? Don’t get your hopes up when you see the coupons. It’s cheap prices because it’s «cheap food». Could of gotten a better meal from the dollar store.
Read the horror stories from the other reviews. I couldn’t imagine worse service and food.

Pizza was short on toppings and long on crust. Garlic bread turned out to be butter and a little garlic on a sandwich bun. Ordered diet Pepsi but got diet coke. The carrot cake was pretty good.

I am in Atlanta frequently, and on this trip, the length of the work day made it necessary to order in. I found a flyer for Pizza Valley at the front desk, read a few reviews and thought I would give it a shot. So, last night, I ordered The Valley Meatzza Pizza.” They ARE friendly and prompt, but that’s the best thing that I can say. The pizza was average to below average, but tolerable. Tonight, I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered the ½ fried chicken with coleslaw and an order of the garlic bread with cheese. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the coleslaw, but I will tell you, the chicken was the absolute worst thing I have ever had (and I had to eat insects during military jungle training). The garlic bread, well, to make my point, I have posted a picture. It said WITH cheese, it did NOT specify that it would be on every piece…:). Save your money, if you want chicken, hell, go to KFC. If you want pizza, get a frozen pizza or order Papa Johns (a 10 when compared to Pizza Valley). Moral: You get what you pay for!

Prices are rock bottom, yet the quality is great. Definitely my family’s favorite wings. The area is a little sketchy, but we just go in, get our pizza (pre ordered) and leave. Our regular order: extra large cheese pizza, extra sauce, + 16 hot wings for $ 17. Cant be beat.

You can’t beat the fact that you can host a football part with two pizzas and 20+ wings for like a dub… and they taste even better the day after.

I will NEVER buy from this place again. I travel to GA about 7 – 10 x a year for work and normally go out for dinner. Tonight I was tired so deicded just to get delivery. I called Pizza Valley and was immediately put on hold for almost 5 minutes. When someone finally came back to the phone I ordered a small pizza and a small cold sub. They told me delivery would take 45 minutes. Mind you they are only 3 miles away so 45 minutes seemed long but I said ok. I called them back 1 hr and 10 min later asking where my order was the woman told me that the guy was on his way and he should be there in a couple of minutes. Another 40 minutes later (now almost 2 hrs since I ordered) I called back. I was complaining and was bounced around to THREE different people who then told me the guy was a few minutes away (which is what they had said 40 min prior). I told them to forget the order and to credit my credit card back. They said they wouldnt. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me no manager was on duty. I told them in no way shape or form am I paying for pizza and a sub that was over two hours sitting in some kids car, probably getting cold. They blamed it on the rain. I ended up buying some nuts, wheat thins and snacks from the marketplace in my hotel. This place is awful and their customer service is even worse than their on time delivery rate. If you are hungry dont bother, you will be lucky to see your food and when you do see it, expect it to be cold.

Most of the items are unbelievably crappy but we swing by here at least twice a month because I have what feels like hundreds of nieces and nephews and there’s always a party and/​or sleepover brewing. They have extra large pizzas for just $ 6.99 and there is just no beating that.
Get the pizza, ignore everything else.

They took an hour to deliver to my hotel even though I was a few blocks away and they told me it would be half an hour. The delivery driver shorted me on my change when I paid with cash, so I basically tipped him twice.
The pizza itself is fine but nothing special.

I’ve used Pizza Valley a few times now and luckily haven’t had the same experience as Keith W. (but maybe they’ve changed since 2006 :))
I get their menu in the mail and usually order one of the pizza’s (there is a coupon for pick-​up for different size pizza’s at $ 4.99, $ 5.99 and $ 6.99 …super cheap!) Also a lot of the items on the menu are pretty cheap.
I hope to try more than just the pizza there sometime, but I give the pizza two thumbs up!

To me, this is the best pizza in the area and it’s cheap 4 to 6 bucks for a pie and you can’t beat that. For my tastes it’s not too zesty and saucy nor is it too thick. I would have rated it with more stars but because of a decline in customer service I did not.
The Pizza is still good but it’s not ready when you get there for pick up anymore, it used to be. Now, you have to wait as if you had ordered it there. But for the price, I guess a little wait is worth it and it is good pizza.
