Called this location about thirty minutes from closing. They didn’t even answer the phone. I mean even if you didn’t want to bring me my pizza I would definitely come pick it up. It’s just strange because at my job, we are not allowed to ignore customer just because we are about to close

After I had enjoyed a several hour walk around the area, my tummy began rumbling. I needed a quick bite that wouldn’t be too heavy for my return home by foot. This venue did neither for me. I had a pepperoni pizza ordered, but was told the wait would be ten minutes. I didn’t have that kind of time, but I had already committed and decided to just wait. Instead of just sit there, I went to a Moe’s next door to get a drink in the meantime. I had no complaints there, but it’s pretty hard to mess up ordering a drink. I finally returned and received my pizza, but was disgusted when I peered inside. That thing was swimming in grease, bro. It took seven or eight napkins to clean up the puddles. It still had more grease than I would like, but I was just so hungry that I dealt with it. It tasted ok, but the other lackluster parts of my visit is ultimately what was the downfall of this visit. Would not recommend.

Placed an online order and the pizza was never made. Arrived and then they proceeded to make it. I walked away without a pizza after the girl came to the computer to ring me up with gloves on, touching everything including money and credit cards then turned around and went to sprinkle toppings on pizzas with the same gloves on. Another fella was sweeping the floor with a broom while wearing gloves, and greeted a customer who walked in… Found out what the customer was there to pick up, and went and gathered customers food, parm cheese, pepper sprinkles, and a drink all while wearing the contaminated gloves that were just being used to clean the facility. And why are they even rated a B-? Workers here are just nasty and unaccommodating to customers health and online orders!

Horrible customer service, disorganized from the cashier to the pizza makers and manager(Cedric). Long wait time(waited 30 mins, however was told 15 – 20 mins) and quality of food(thin crust was so hard we had to cut the slices again once home) is poor. All this from walk-in counter order where no one was in the lobby, therefore the extended wait time should’ve been minimal. Once home I called to speak with a manager about my complaint and would’nt you know it the same unorganized cashier(young lady who is poorly trained and needs constant help from the manager as to what does and doesn’t go with orders) placed me on another extended hold only to be told they are really busy? Really?

Ordered early online on a Thursday evening. An hour wait… Got the pizza, it was slightly warm. When I asked the delivery person why it took so long, he informed me they got a lot of orders. Seriously, so I had to wait an hour and MY pizza is slightly warm? I won’t use them again. They possibly need more help… Very disappointed as I was giving them a shot. I usually order from Dominos.

We live less than a mile away. Delivery always takes forever, or they forget items and have to come back. Tonight, it took over 90 mins and 2 phone calls for us to finally get it. Unacceptable. No more business from us.

Love this Pizza Hut! I always order online and it’s always ready when I get there. Hot and fresh. Haven’t had any problems. Also I love the fact that they show you a quick peak of your pizza so you know you’re getting the right thing.
