Phillips & Phillips Dental Associates

I’ve been to a number of dentists in Atlanta, and Dr. Phillips by far is my favorite. The quality of his work is great, but what I love most about his practice is that it’s no frills.
So many dentists today try to upsell you with things like deep cleanings and oral cancer exams. The last thing I want to do is shop for products while someone has his/​her hand in my mouth.
So, thank you, Dr. Phillips for being the dentist who gets this! I will continue to give his practice my business as long as I live in Atlanta, and highly recommend others to try him out.

Front Desk:
Cyndi was great at the front desk. I had some confusion as to just whom my dental insurance was with. She was able to figure it out and set an appointment for the same week.
Waiting area and exam rooms:
Clean, quiet — no loud tvs, updated magazines.
Exam:
Dr. Phillips was great. He actually read my chart and asked why I rated my smile a 6. I told I had chipped my front tooth and he fixed it right on the spot no charge! I really appreciated that! He took his time with and me I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get to the next patient. He answered my questions and showed me how to floss. I always get told to floss — but nobody has ever taken the time to show me. The way he showed me using middle fingers — is easier than the pointer fingers. He is just an all around great dentist.
My hygienist was great! It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist and she took her time getting all the plaque off. She got my teeth super smooth. When my tongue was doing the post clean investigation I didn’t find any spots I needed to ask her to go back and get.
This is a great dentist office. It’s rare when a dentist office has a great front desk, a great dentist, and a great hygienist! I told all my coworkers about it and I will definitely be back!

These guys are wonderful. They don’t play around with your time by making you come in for tests and then making new appointment weeks later to fix the problem. I had to go because I broke my molar. Most of the dentist that I called told me that I had to make and appointment to get the x-​rays but they would not have time to do a crown till as late as November! But with him as soon as he saw the break in the tooth he said lets get started on a crown. With in an hour and a half I was on my way to work with my tooth fixed. If you want a dentist that wont waste your time they are the ones to go to.
