Payless Shoe Source

I love this Payless store. The sales help are great in helping me find the shoes I want. I get compliments on all my shoes from Payless, they usually are the Christian Siriano shoes. April is my favorite, she has such a great style and very helpful.

I gave this Payless Shoe store a 5 star rating only because of one special employee, Vanessa. She was so helpful, went out of her way to make my experience great. This was not the first time I came across her. Early last year she serviced me and I got the same treatment, to the point where she remembered who I was.
I needed a size 1 for one of my little girls and her store didn’t have it. She asked me if I wanted her to do a store locator and find out what other locations had the same sandal. She found a couple of them and called one of them to hold it for me. Well by the time I finished looking around the other store called her back and said they had to sell the sandal to a customer who was in the store already. She immediately got on the phone to locate another one for me at the same time handling two other customers, one who was a little pushy in his dealings with her. She handled him with class and style and all he could do was leave after that.
I’ve been to dozens of Payless Shoe stores and by far I had the best experience with this one. This was truly customer service at it’s best!
