I had an awesome experience with this location. I ordered 3 pizzas late at night. When the driver got to my place, he called me and gave me a text message letting me know he was there. I had fallen asleep on the couch and when I woke up the next morning they had refunded me for the pizzas. Very nice of them! Thank you!

I wish I could rate this store less than 1 star. Everytime my office orders from this Papa Johns the order is ALWAYYYYYYYYYYS wrong. So about 2 weeks ago we ordered pizza and it can with someones hair as a topping. Called store manager gave us 2 free pizzas credit. Call today ordered the 2 free pizzas while speaking the manager Tony hangs up I guess he assumed I was done ordering. So the pizza arrives. The driver is mad bc she received NOTIP well tell your store to be more polite to customers. Anywho, while eating guess what topping we received that we didn’t ask for HAIR!!! Freaking gross. We call the store back talk to Tony the manager who clearly doesn’t care wth happens at the store. All could do was sound like a freaking retard & say I’ll send you a new pizza! UMMMNOOO, how about I call corporate because this is the most nastiest thing EVER!!! If you order from here make sure you ask for NOHAIR on your pizza!!!

Recently decided to try them again after previous bad experience. I ordered their new Grilled Chicken Margherita Pizza and the manager called me to tell me that they were out of one of the key ingredients, the small tomatos… only problem is that it was a good 8 min after I ordered and I was in route to pick up. I went ahead with the order and there was no discount for the order or for a future order to try the item again in the future… never again. This is what happens when you let high school drop outs manage your business.

The manager in this location couldn’t organize a lap dance in a titty bar. I ordered online, they try to charge me twice by saying on their end I made a cash order even though I have a PapaJohns charge on my credit card. Manager is clueless. I refuse to pay twice, cancel order. 1 hour later I have no food. No compensation, PapaJohns is a complete joke. Fuck this location. I’ll go elsewhere.

Terrible. They charge you $ 20 for a pizza even if they have a special going on! If you don’t specifically ask for the discounted price, they just charge you the full amount. In my opinion that is very dishonest, terrible customer service, and just all around bad for business!

We ordered pizza from here, and wanted to split the payment. I wanted to pay with my debit card, and my co-worker wanted to pay with cash. Apperantely they had to charge my card before they could split the payment. So I agreed, the person on the phone explained that the money will be returned to my card as soon as the delivery guy brings the pizza and I sign the receipt with the split total. They took my co workers money, and on top of that took the whole payment off of my card and never returned the money to me. I gave them a couple of days, being that most of the time it takes a little longer for money to be refunded back. But nothing was ever returned to me, I am angry, but would rather not waste my energy and time calling that idiot who wasn’t capable of taking a split payment in the first place. I hope someone see’s this review and thinks twice about ordering here. I don’t thik I am being harsh in saying, that they are just plain thieves. I mean what kind of customer service skills are they teaching them at this business, by taking money out of their clients pockets, and not holding up to what was promised.

If I’m buying from a pizza chain, I prefer Papa Johns, but this location is terrible. Every time, I have had a bad experience. I was charged the wrong amount. The pizza was supposed to $ 9.I signed the receipt for $ 9, but was charged $ 18. I called them and said they couldnt do anything without the manager and ended up having to go back to the store. Also, when I was waiting for my pizza to be ready, the employees at the store were talking abt their customers, how stupid they are etc. And I was sitting right there! We also ordered from this store for work. we were charged extra for peppers etc., they didnt bring any of it. I’m going to use another location from now on.

When ordering online the default setting is for delivery. It’s a common, accepted truth of the process. For some reason this location is automatically set for pick up. The guy inside said a lot of people«accidentally» order as such, and I’ve been told by consumers in the area that they’ve had identical experiences with this location. Why any of this is, beyond me. The food itself is nothing above or below average.

i have to agree that papa john’s is one of the better pizza chains. they use fresh ingredients and sauce that taste better than other chains. their garlic butter sauce is very delicious. It could be a bit pricy sometimes but its worth every cent. we always order papa john’s at the office when its buzy and sometimes i order it from home as well. I try very hard to like papa john’s but it seems like its always fall short or my expectations. to begin with, the wait could be very long it might take up to an hour. secondly, while i appreciate them to bake the pie from fresh uncooked flour, nine out of the ten pizzas are uncooked at the center. it is disgusting and reminding them would not help. furthermore, we cant wait another hour for a new pizza anyways. so if you are really craving for papa john’s, get the thin crust or better yet, choose another chain.
