I placed on online order to arrive 30 mins later however after an hour and 30 min no pizza I called the location only to be hung up on and placed on hold over 30 min. I really did not want to order b/​c of previous experience. I finally contacted online customer service to be given a refund and told the manager had no idea why my order was not delivered. The people who work there along with the owner do not care about the customers nor the community it serves. They are a poor reflection of the Brand. There are people in black communities who do take pride in the work that they do EVERYONE THERE SHOULD BE FIRED AND replaced by people who give a damn…

Just got my food today I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a all meat pizza the Hawaiian pizza was so dry like there was no sauce pizza was not hot at all I love papa johns but this pizza was so horrible there was no flavor or nothing u guys really need to fix this issue

I was a little skeptical due to the reviews on here, but I went inside and my experience wasn’t bad at all. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. The price was a little high to me though 10 for a small pizza should at least come with a drink but otherwise pretty good little spot.

I used to order here frequently at min fifty bucks (family night)
And their customer service as well as care into the orders (delivery) sucks
I’ve had to come up there while I’m still on hold via my phone and the dingy lil person is just standing there twiddling her remy smh
I know I won’t deal with them again TOO MANY «well let me give it another try being its not many choices in his area»

This is the worst Papa John’s location in Atlanta, I’m convinced. Every time I call, someone picks up the phone and instantly puts it on hold, and come to the phone after 5 minutes have passed and when they finally come they act like they don’t want to take your order. I went in here once and it’s so unprofessional, people eating, talking loud and just standing around. I don’t recommend going here at all if you can avoid it.

ordered a pizza from this place and was told that it would be ready in 40 to 50 minutes. I waited an hour and called back at that time, I was told that my order had been canceled without prior notice and that I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days in order to get my money back on my card. I asked why I was not called and the lady on the phone answered thats she did not know. I asked to speak with a manager and the lady had me hold for 20 minutes.
I went to the store and was told that it was nothing they could do for me as they did not have my money papa johns did. I was then told that I would have to repay if they were to make me a pizza.
The manager was very rude unhelpful and very antagonizing and sarcastic. I would never recommend this location or the pizza chain a s a whole to anyone.

Well. Seems is about time for another review seeing that it was 2 years between the 1^st two. Yeah. .pretty spot on. Unprofessional is a nice way of putting it. Employees standing around being loud. Underwear showing like they arent at work. I. Digress though…

They only got 1 star because I couldnt do «no stars.» They are rude and unprofessional. They’ve forgotten what «Customer Service» means.

I am hungry and because I have waited an hour and a half… for my pizza I decided to take the time and Unilocal my wait. I am waiting… I am hungry and I am upset!
