I found Tracy on Groupon. I had prior experience with a professional organizer a few years back when I was with my ex who had an excess of things. I don’t necessarily have excess things, but have a difficult time organizing the things I do have. I work from home, a tiny apartment, and needed help separating work from personal things. Tracy helped me organize my work area, my master closet and my bathroom. When I decide to do something, I am all in. The project motivated me to organize the rest of my home. Tracy was professional and for me, her value was motivation. She helped fuel my ideas for organizing my apartment by making suggestions of shelving.
The organizer I first worked with was a Certified Professional Organizer and I would recommend them easily. They are trained to work with various personality types in various situations and their prices are comparable to those who are not certified. My experience with Tracy was different in that, due to the Groupon purchase, the assessment was at the same time as the organizing. This was fine with a smaller space and limited planning and structure for the job is needed. Overall, I am happy for the work Tracy helped me with.

I found her through Groupn & have used a professional organizer years ago at another home. I couldn’t get an appointment closer than a month away. She stood there & held bags as I sorted, made alarming critical statements & was really rude to my boyfriend, who was there to help too. We (using term loosely as I did it as she mainly watched) got more than half my basement done in less than 5 hrs. Then she «estimated» that it would take more than 3x as long to do the other side, which was actually in far better shape with less stuff. This seemed an obvious ploy to charge me an absurd amount of money for her «help». I am a professional with a graduate degree & I don’t remotely make the amount of money she wanted to charge for what she said was 16 hrs. «work». It was helpful in a way, but I won’t be calling her again & can’t recommend her.

Tracy was great. She helped me organize my bedroom closet. It now looks like something you would see on HGTV! I could not have done this on my own.

She is friendly, professional, enthusiastic and provided helpful tips to keep me organized. Her prices are reasonable too! I love waking up and walking into my organized closet. Sometimes I just go in there to see how awesome it looks! I am looking forward to using her services again!
