I’m going to give this place 3 stars even though it’s mostly an ass-whip whenever I have to go in there. The customer service is hard to come by but the selection is what I come for. Be a wise owl and check on-line before you come in, for some reason the prices are cheaper on-line and they will price match. Now that Office Depot and Staples are one big corporate behemoth I’ll have to take what they give me and like it :(

Waiting forever to order special ink. Their employees don’t seem to have enough knowledge to operate office equipments.
They don’t even know how to make cup on work. They refuse to correct their order error. Finally manager is here and hope he can make it work and won’t be long!

I was in and out.
It was sorta amazing
I realized I have no need for anything at an office supply store.
One drafting pad, and two usb jump drives later and I’m standing at the check-out
Took longer for me to sign up for their «loyalty» program than it did for me to find the three items I needed.
The one staff person I interacted with was pleasant. As I walked in, he asked could he help me, I told him I needed the jump drives and wanted them to be less than $ 10 and he took to to that area and found two for me. Walked directly to the drafting pads and then to the register. Took all the info for the loyalty program, and thanked me for the sale.
Boom boom boom and back out the door.

The copy and print center here is a real standout for prompt and courteous service especially if Aisha is on the job. I came here after getting blown off at FedEx Office location across the road on Sidney Marcus (high prices and «meh» customer service — they clearly didn’t need my money) and sure was glad I did. Saved a bunch of $ on faxing a stack of documents to a medical insurance company (another reason to hate those guys — who else insists on faxes these days?) They even had some nice office chairs on sale to sit and wait in during all the attempts to get through the busy signals on the insurance company’s fax machine.

Incompetent printing staff. The people who work there are clueless and brain dead. i needed to have a few simple copies of something made up on card stock and the printer got jammed, the woman who was helping me essentially gave up then started helping other customers. i stood there with my finger up my ass for 20 minutes before i just left.

The staff at this Office Depot is very friendly and honest. I left my iPod at the store and when I returned 3 hours later the manager had it in a save place. He made me tell him what picture was on the screen and a description of type of iPad before he turned it over. I greatly appreciate the staff!

Good Office Depot. Yes, they are all the same, and they never have a good selection for ipad cases, unfortunately, but this one stands out. Its nice, clean, friendly, and I LOVE being able to test out the pens. It has been a flirt spot as you can write a note on a sticky pad with the sample pens and stick it on the back of your date! I know I’m lame, but the staff didnt hate on me for it! I like coming here for office supplies, there are plenty of options and good prices.

I really must give kudos to this store for their shear amount of inventory – not sure how they keep it all straight. That being said, I had an unusually difficult exchange experience there the other day. Luckily, the store manager at the the time stepped in and made all things good.
Will I go here again? Perhaps. But it will probably be to oogle over their inventory and not so much for their attention to customer service.
