Office Depot

Purchase a laptop here (the experience went well) and paid for the Office Depot Office Depot LACK OF Performance Plan. It truly is an oxymoron — in name. They should consider removing the words «Performance and Protection» from this plan. Paid $ 160 for laptop protection plan and at the near end of the 2 years, when it came time for a replacement battery, it never arrived because the order was not processed (thanks Fernando). Save your money!
When I called over a week later, I was told it would be sent overnight (thanks Jennifer). AGAIN — That never happened. Spoke to a Supervisor twice (Josh) who completely twisted the truth by using the words «overnight» as well. He was apologetic, when I phoned at the end of the «next day» but that did not fix my problem.
Huge inconvenience and I mean HUGE… in waiting all day for a replacement batt on a completely dead laptop. Too much to describe just how much of a disappointment this experience has been with Office Depot’s LACK OF Performance Plan.
