Best beer selection! Has everything you need. Literally everything. Needed a phone cord at the last minute– they had it. Craving a late night snack– they have many/​Perfect spot for all of the local residences, as there’s no sort of CVS or grocery store in that close of a proximity. Those at the eclipse, elle, allure, buckhead residences, paces 325 need to check it out! I hope people continue to support local businesses.

This is my favorite place to get all my goodies! I pop in to get breakfast and coffee or just whenever I need a snack. It’s an easily accessed convent store with everything I need! I love that I don’t have to get in my car and drive to the store if I run out of something at home.

I’m from the area, born and raised. convenience store is an understatement. This place has it all. From Tabaco, beer and wine to breakfast sandwiches, this neighborhood shop defies the term connivence at a reasonable price compared to the competitors around. But overall, the owner and his small team of workers are pretty chill.
Tips:
–Martinelli’s apple juice is the nectar of the gods
–Ask for fantasy football advice.

I LOVE that Nifty Neighbor is in my building. I can walk downstairs and get a hot breakfast sandwich (the best egg and cheese croissant ever) and a fresh brewed-​to-​order Starbucks coffee before work. They carry all of the seasonal King of Pops flavors and many other snacks I can grab with my favorite bottle of wine after work.
It has saved me many times when I ran out of toilet paper and needed flour and eggs for a recipe.
