I will not be going here again. They were very pushy with sales. A lady offered me one service 3 times. I said no that I would stick to the basic. She did it anyway and Charged me. She also cut me.

Very rude people. Demanded a tip for fixing a nail! They didn’t even fix the nail the right way. No way will I be going back! Very disappointed. I wish I didn’t even have to give them a star!

I dont normally write bad reviews, but this one didn’t really deserve all the love that I normally have for places that take my money. They put some weird stuff in the water which I assumed was a disinfectant. I’m just used to the blue fizzy rocks and calling it a day. Not so bad. While(finally) working, I JUST so happened to read the previous review about her getting her cuticle cut and BOOM! She cut me too! I refused to put my foot back in the scrubbed in, soaked in, chemical-laden water– she apologized perfusely and put some solution(read: burning) on it I guess to kill the germs while she finished up. She did, though, take very good care in rinsing around the area and took extra care while painting. And it did, take a little long to complete the process… as I tried to go in for my lunch hour and it ended up turning into a lunch hour-and-a-half… No sir, I wont be going back. Sorry.

This place is actually not downtown. Its off of 285 on Roswell Road. The address is correct however. STAYAWAY. A friend cautioned me that this place looked sketchy. Long story short. 1)The lady did not clean the tub before my pedicure, I did not see any disinfectant(the jars with blue water) anywhere. 2)She cut me with the cuticle cutters and I started bleeding. She attempted to hide it with her finger while she worked. 3)She took about an hour and half to do a regular pedi with a red polish. No designs. I mean, I like when they take their time, but geez! add my waiting time beforehand and my drying time afterwards, I had spend 2 ½ hours in there. Not Good. 4) The waxing room looked so unkempt and unsanitary, with wax dripped all over the side table, and the sheets on the laying table were stained and tattered, with an old pillow. Ugh. Summary: Don’t go here, or you will put yourself at risk for infection, and you will be in there FOREVER No wonder it was only 18 bucks… Oh which reminds me, you know those paper flip flops they give you for free? These people charged you $ 1.00 for them. Yes, I’m serious.
