**BUYERBEWARE ** I got burned by this company for $ 3,400! Horrible experience. Phyliss is the designer I’ve been dealing with. Furniture was not delivered on time and some pieces never showed up at all. November 2nd I canceled my order for the remaining $ 3,400 of furniture that was never delivered and still have not recieved my refund. I now have to take them to court to get my money back! After several calls to Phyliss asking her when I could expect to see my refund. I was told by her every excuse in the book, «the check is in the mail», «the wire transfer should be done tomorrow». A few calls later She lost her cool and told me that i’m «acting like a little bitch!» and hung up on me. The most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. On a side note you can find all the furniture they sell on Amazon for less with a guarantee on delivery dates. I found the same exact pieces for $ 100-$ 200 less with free delivery. *text message From Phyllis, December 3rd «Leaving bad remarks on Unilocal is not helping the situation. Your invoice stated no cash refunds and I’m doing everything in my power to sell the items. I believe I fairness and I stand by what I say I will do. No matter what you say to me or about me can’t stop me from living a happy life. You will receive your refund and the way you talk to people one day you will be treated the same. May god have mercy on your soul.» My response ‚ «I speak the truth, must sound foreign to you. You are full of shit. You had plenty of time to refund me my money. You never bought the product so you never spent the money. Your liar and a thief. This is business, you know that you took my money and never bought products and Now refuse to give my money back. That’s called stealing. I hope you do live a happy life, but that doesn’t mean I won’t warn everybody about your poor business ethics and lack of morals. If you truly were a person of your word we wouldn’t be in this situation. «. Wish I could post a picture of my invoice, nowhere does it state no cash refunds. More lies

Great experience! As a newcomer to the ATL, I had no idea where to start with purchasing furniture. I saw an ad online and decided to give them a chance. The furniture comes packaged brand new and is exactly as described on their website. I absolutely love the customer service, Phyllis is very knowledgeable about interior design and was ver professional to work with. She and her team diligently worked to make certain that my furniture was delivered and setup on the next day as agreed! I would highly recommend this company and I look forward to purchasing other pieces of furniture from them in the near future!

Please do not use this business! I had a very bad experience using them. I ordered a couch and love seat on March 21st and they delivered my couch but they have not delivered my love seat. It has been over a month and I have called and called and they keep telling me that the love seat is being made & will be delivered and it is yet to be delivered(as of today-4/28/14) so I have told them to cancel the love seat and I will sell the couch(since it has been over a month). At this point, I don’t even want the couch OR love seat. I am nor trying to sell the couch & get me some new furniture! This place is a fraud, do not use them. BTW, they never tell you that«All sales are final». You find that out after you sign the invoice & it’s not printed anywhere on the front of the invoice. It’s «hidden» on the 2nd page of the customer’s invoice, which you receive after delivery! Wow, such slicksters! Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Wish I had been warned. I am now in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau!!!
