First time going and instantly fell in love. I HIGHLY recommended jasmine she is awesome. I am all natural and she laid and slayed my hair without damaging. I got a wash, deep condition, trim, and blow out. First time I’ve walked out salon COMPLETELY satisfied. The picture is 8 hours after my appointment and it looks like I just hopped out the chair. Work was perfection. Thank you Jasmine!

I am Dominican and it sucks that these ladies talk about there own clients… My first time there I did my hair with one of the ladies and she did exactly what I asked for. Today I do my hair with the store owner. I go in and start the conversation by speaking English so she immediately responded in an abrupt way and then I spoke to her in Spanish and she had a smile on her face as I’m sitting there clients are coming in mostly African American and they start talking about them it’s just crazy and so rude to me. I sat down and told the owner how u I liked my hair and I guess it went into one ear and out the other because she started blowing it out straight she then asked me if I liked it and I said no she was loud about it and truly I feel you should only have this specific convo with your client privately. As soon as the other employees heard it they all got into the conversation it was uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional that I had to sit there and defend myself being that I’m the one paying for this. I will never go back to this place truly they don’t have hair stylist maybe 2 of them but the owner and the young lady that has her table across from the rest are hair dressers! And truly they are wrong to talk bad about there clients ! I don’t recommend this place at all. She burned my hair and now I have to get intense treatment because of it I told her I don’t want much heat she kept insisting but truly I’m upset I’m not paying for service obviously but at least do my hair right.

Hair looks amazing thanks to Jasmine!!! Full of body!!! Nothing but compliments!!! In by 2:45!!! Out by 3:45!!! Very fast! Definitely will be back!

SORY IS GREAT!
This was my 1^st time visiting Milly’s Dominican Salon, however I’ve been getting my hair done by Dominicans for over 10 yrs. Sory was AMAZING! She took her time and really took great care of my hair from start to finish. When she was finished my hair was so soft bouncy and healthy. She is only there on Tues. Wed. Fri. And Sat. I will definitely be returning to see Sory!

Horrible customer service. The hostess was extremely rude. As I was inquiring about a service, she just started talking to another customer. The other customer excused her and told her she could finish with me and she said no she can wait, she is just asking a question. RUDE! When she finally got back to me, she talked to me like I was being stupid. I walked out without getting my hair done. Will pick another place with more gracious employees to welcome me.

This is my first time here. And just like any other salon on a Saturday, they are busy. So far I am not impressed. STRIKE 1: They don’t greet you upon entering the salon. No hello, nothing. STRIKE 2: They start on your hair then start on someone else. They don’t keep track of the sign in sheet or even glance at it to see who’s next. Already a few ladies got upset when they bumped one girl to the shampoo chair just because she got impatient from waiting and started to walk out. How do you just bypass patiently waiting paying customers just because someone decides they are tired of waiting? Crazy. Currently I am sitting under the dryer waiting to be styled its 12:45 and been here since 10, we will see if they get up to 3 strikes… For now they get 2 stars because the place is clean. I will update after my style
Ok guys so I got hair done Saturday and it is now Monday. My style came out beautiful and even with the trim the stylist didn’t get scissor happy. Over all I love my hair its still holding up. So because I am happy with my hair I will give them 4 stars. If they do better with their system/​customer service I will give them 5. I will be back but not on a weekend.

I had the opportunity of visiting here on Thursday. Every since Thursday I have been receiving compliments on my hair. I walked in and my natural hair was a mess. It was tangled horribly due to wearing twist for a long time. Josie greeted me and took care of me the entire time. She was patient when it came to detangling my hair and she did an awesome job with blowing it out. I am so happy that I received outstanding service at this salon. I love my hair and I will be going back in two weeks to get another blow out.
