What a terrible, terrible, terrible business. Apparently whoever runs this business (which at this point I’m convinced its just a front) and the other Unilocal reviews are fake. I called metroworker services, they seemed nice enough and the price was good so I bought the Unilocal deal. I called them back to try and use it and they guy on the phone said «he didn’t know how to use my voucher» so we’re already off to great start, they posted a deal on Unilocal but had no idea what the heck I was talking about. The guy on phone told me we would make the appointment over text (i thought this was weird but a car dealership did something similar recently so I followed along)…and no text. I call back. No answer, and there hasn’t been an answer for over a week. Multiple messages and emails have also failed. This is a terrible business, with a terrible website,
(just thought id bring that up too), and terrible customer service. I recommend avoiding these people. But who knows maybe they do a good job at cleaning a house, but I wouldn’t know anything about that… because they won’t answer the phone!

The phone staff is very friendly. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately our first appointment was canceled by them rather last minute, but rescheduling for the following morning was easy.
Two ladies arrived to clean our house bright and early. They were bubbly, smiling, and friendly. Within a couple minutes of their arrival, I received a text from the company informing us that, since our dishwasher was broken, that there would be a $ 12 charge to wash them my hand. I declined and suggested they change the wording on their website («Wash sink full of dishes») which implied this would’ve been covered.
Despite us having to wash the dishes ourselves, and some non-​green products being used, it was still a positive experience having them come. Everything the maids cleaned looked better than we normally do on our own. We will hire them again!
