Lame «rush fee» 12 days before a wedding. Avoid if you can. I spent $ 500 on suits a few months ago and they can’t waive it. Bad customer service.

I had excellent service from this location. I ordered a Tux in San Francisco for a formal function to be picked up at MWH Northlake Mall. They had the slack measurements were completely off. Thank God for Phyllis she was able to hook me up. She was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. If I had not tried the TUX on, I would have been screwed. Thank you Phyllis, you rock!

Our saleswoman was not at all helpful, it seemed like she just wanted to get our money and get us out the door. I would not go here again, especially since we got a better price for the same product (and better service!) elsewear.
