I like the lamb gyro. They have one of the best in town. Try it for yourself.

A friend referred me to the Mediterranean Grill near Piedmont Park. Since I first attempted it, I go once per week. Parking may be a bit tight occasionally, but this location is worth it. They offer a «Businessman Lunch» special for $ 5.95 which has salad, gyro, kabob and more with rice. Affordable and quite great. Their hummus is the finest I Have had. It’s fresh and has a fantastic toasted nutty flavor. Worth attempting it.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Fast Food, but doesn’t feel like it Med Food! Give you good portions, fresh, and you can see them cook your meats right in front of you on their exposed grill! Great prices! Wish they would put out more Groupons or other deals so I could eat there everyday! LOVE it! Lentil soup $ 3.50 is delicious as is the Lunch Special Platter 3 types of meats and rice, bread, salad all for less than $ 15!

I love Mediterranean Grill! I’m a vegetarian so I usually get the falafel wrap with a side salad and it is always delicious. They have really good tea and baklava as well.

I ordered delivery through Unilocal when I was stuck in GT for this year’s game fest. While being in a sweltering hot room with 30 whirring PC’s was not great, the arrival of the food was very much anticipated at that point and a well needed break. Food delivery was quick and painless. Their grub hub site was down so luckily I looked at Unilocal and saw that there was a delivery service here. Good thinking Mediterranean Grill on the back up. The food portions looked relatively generous, and I was in a very Mediterranean mood that week so this was perfect. The food was sloppily thrown into the container, not going to lie about that. But the sauces and pitas were wrapped nicely and on the side. The side salad was pretty good, given it was simply iceberg lettuce with a tomato slice and cucumber. The dressing was very acidic and it tasted pretty good. I had gotten the gyro plate and someone had gotten the gyro sandwich I believe. Don’t get the sandwich and definitely get the plate. So much more food. The little sandwich roll was so small, I almost felt bad pulling out my large take out box to his skinny aluminium wrapped food. The food was okay. That’s the best I can describe it as. It tasted good wrapped in the pita and with rice and chunks of the meat given it was smothered with the taziki sauce. It’s not a bad place. I don’t know what eating in is like, but the take out is a solid choice. I mean, if you’re looking for take out, you’re likely not looking for fine dining, but just convenience and a tasty meal is most likely a bonus.

I seriously love this place. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are too. I am in the restaurant business and I can appreciate quality and consistency as well as staff that know what they’re doing and give me a delicious meal. I always order the chicken platter with hummus instead of the salad. And then get a big salad on the side! The best Greek I’ve been to in Atlanta.

I ordered the gyro sandwhich combo. I basically paid $ 8 for a plate of «greek» potatoes. The potatoes are really just french fries. No seasoning… nothing special. The gyro sandwhich itself is just nasty. The lamb is chewy… he bread tastes old. I’m not sure gave this place more than 1 star… but if I could give it 0 then I would.

Nice for a quick lunch spot after a day at Piedmont Park. I recommend the Gyro Sandwich with potatoes. I would say this place for now is just okay though because the heated pita that was used to make the sandwich was a little on the hard side at one end(and it was the same way for my boyfriend’s), but other than that it is wonderful food! We keep coming back to satisfy the mediterranean cravings.

My parents were in town visiting and wanted to try out some Mediterranean food. Well, my dad did and my mom was along for the ride. I had always wanted to try out Mediterranean Grill so this was a great opportunity. Since they aren’t familiar with area, I offered to drive. Though we could have walked the BeltLine. After dinner, they realized how close it was to my home. You order at the counter and then sit and wait for your food to be prepared. The meat entrees come with rice, salad, pita bread, and choice of sauce(tzatziki, tahini, or hot). My dad ordered the lamb shank. My mom ordered the gryo platter. I order the chicken sandwich. Sandwiches are served with lettuce, tomato, and choice of sauce. My dad didn’t like his shank. My mom thought her gyro was pretty good though my dad and I didn’t like the meat. The chicken sandwich was OK, but I have definitely had better.

Stopped by after a run around the park and it was the best decision. Great ambiance, and better food. Friendly staff as well.

Solid mediterranean spot for delivery or pickup. You can eat here but it’s not a ‘date’ spot as you order at the counter, refill your own drinks, etc. VERY reasonable prices and a great alternative to chinese/wings/pizza take-out. Recommend: falafel sandwich baba ganouj lamb gyro Make sure to ask for extra pita as I will sometimes get a large size hummus and get home to find two pieces of pita bread in the bag

The potatoes. The potatoes. The potatoes. Honestly, everything I’ve tried from the Medi Grill has been on point. Prices and portions are awesome too. The Business Lunch combo is a super deal. I love it and so does everyone in my office.

Mediterranean food is the best food in the world!(I’m biased because I’m Arabic) Mediterranean grill is a great place to get a cheap taste of many Arabic dishes. The baba gnoush was very good and the lamb shank is to die for. The only things that I was disappointed in here was the service and the rice. Besides that, I would definitely recommend coming here!

Delicious food. Very decent prices and extremely generous portions. I always get the combination plate with a little bit of everything. I usually have leftovers to bring home! The meat can be a little dry, but it’s really flavorful so I enjoy it just fine. I wish their pita bread was a bit fluffier. Otherwise, this is a great restaurant when you’re craving Mediterranean cuisine!

I’m convinced that Mediterranean food is the way to solve world hunger. A $ 9 entrée at this establishment could easily feed a family of four, and keep everyone full for practically an entire day. Seriously! I. FOOD Whether it’s kabobs, gyros, or falafel, they have it all. And being pretty hungry, I ordered both an appetizer and entrée. *Calamari(breaded squid with tomato sauce): Whatever they use to bread the squid has some sort of Cajun-like spice(I think), and it isn’t overly thick. The squids are small(perfect for fun bites) and the tomato sauce complimented the noms well. I took about three-fourths of it home and ate it for the next two days as a snack. **Gyro Plate(seasoned beef and lamb with rice, pitas, tzaski sauce, and salad): This gyro plate is ridiculously humongous, and I referred to this entrée in the intro above. However, I managed to eat it all, and I didn’t eat until the afternoon the next day. Everything is pretty good, especially the meat. II. SERVICE Super cool peeps working behind the counter. I also waited about ten minutes, for my food. Makes sense, because they were really cooking to feed eight people. But it was just me. YOLO. lol. III. ATMOSPHERE/DÉCOR It’s clean, the décor is Greek, and it’s not fancy(which is perfect for this type of food). I like. IV. PRICES So. Freaking. Affordable. $ 8 for a mountain of calamari? $ 9 for a gyro plate? This is robbery, so tip big, folks. It’s really hard to complain about anything, for this price. V. OVERALL Definitely a great place for peeps on a budget looking for great food. That’s like 99% of people I know, yo. Will be back!

Well I tried to venture off today and try something new! I usually would get something like a chicken gyro from any Mediterranean restaurant but I figured that would be lame! Must try new things to have new experiences! I got the chicken kabob with yellow rice and salad. It was cool. The rice was kind of bland to me but the chicken was decent. The salad was fine as well. I had to keep an open mind because different cultures prepare meals differently and use different seasonings. All in all it was a 3 star but I have it extra star because the service was excellent! Very friendly staff and clean environment. I felt peaceful while eating here;)

Food at this place is good. I usually get their chicken kabob plate. Its decent. I would say better than Ameers. I have tried their hummus and baba ganoush, but I like baba ganoush at Ameer’s mediterranean grill slightly better. Not really into the rice the offer. Service is alright. They are on grubhub. I have ordered food online couple of times and it was ready on time. Baklava is good but not the best. Big parking lot. Try to avoid peak hours though. conclusion: not a bad place to go if you are craving medirerranean food.
