Do not give them your credit card number — they will charge you for services they haven’t provided and then give you the run around when you request reimbursement. Their services are bogus and the staff is rude.

If you are looking at a Groupon or Amazon Local Offer… DO NOT DO IT! This is a horrific BAIT AND SWITCH… they do not have a Zerona Machine, but have some other machine that they claim is better than a Zerona machine, yet it has no company web site, no real information available on the Internet — one You Tube video that looks like a college art project! This place is ridiculous! In addition, they are profoundly unprofessional, rude beyond measure. This place won’t be around long.

I think the state consumer affairs folks should investigate this place. I bought 2 groupons, each for 5 Zerona «Treatments.» When I went for the initial consult, I was advised that the Zerona machine was being serviced, and instead they offered another kind of light therapy. I was also told that the coupon was for treatment of areas, not treatments… my experience echoes that of all the other reviewers. Groupon should refund all the people who have been taken by this unprincipled entity.

Very unprofessional – made an appointment for Zerona & they do not have the machine. Talk about false advertising & their establishment wreaks of cigarette smoke.

Don’t go here. Had hormonal testing done. Results came back — said there are no problems. Wrong. Two weeks later needed Ultrasound, CT Scan and MRI. Primary Doctor said doctor at Meant Spa should never have been dismissive about elevated enzyme levels. Resulting problem could have been nipped in the bud if given proper advice by Meant Spa doctor. Also, can’t get report (that I paid for) from them and doctor won’t meet or call to discuss after problems came up after his diagnosis. They won’t even give me the Doctor’s name. Filed complaint with State Consumer Affairs Office.

Don’t get sucked in. They talk an excellent game. But it’s all about getting your money. I got sucked in with a Groupon and Several hundreds of dollars later I saw no results. I received none of the services they said were included. Put your money somewhere else!

The worst experience ever, I made a appointment Dec 23, the Monday before Christmas. I fought lunch hour traffic in buckhead. When I got there the door was locked. The receptionist let me in only to tell me they were closed that day, and sorry they had messed up my appointment. The owner came out and apologized and made me another appointment for the following Monday with her. She said she would do my consult and throw in a hot mud detox message for my trouble. The following Monday at 1:00 pm. Again I am there, but no one else was.
I have called 5,6,7 times. Left messages with service, never to have anyone return my call. Unbelievable!

Had a Groupon for the place and so I went there for a consultation and the experience was terrible!
–First off, they don’t have parking, just on the street (the spa and lounge is in a HOUSE) so don’t expect a professional experience. So you will waste time looking for a spot, then park somewhere and worry about being towed.
–Second, they’re in casual outfits (not professional at all, especially for a consultation) and this guy showed me the «packet» for the service I was interested in. Basically it’s printed from online (not their own customers’ Before and After) and placed into plastic dividers.
–Third, I got the worst vibe from the guy. I can definitely tell he was interested in just the money for the service and not actually giving a crap about the effects of the service or results.
Oh and the consultation is not free. Basically I wasted $ 25 for a 20 minute unprofessional consultation. I was trying to wrap the consultation up and the guy took my Groupon voucher and I took it back saying I won’t be doing the service! His reaction was priceless.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. It’s unprofessional, not serious, and has bad vibes.
If you’re interested in any services they are offering, please do some more research. You’ll thank yourself. Remember, what you pay for is what you get.
This place is so terrible that I had to get a Unilocal to WARN everyone not to make the mistake I made. Don’t do it!

I think it’s very suspicious when you can’t speak with a consultant about a service. I called three times and every time I got their answering service. No one as of yet returned my call back. After reading the reviews I say it’s a blessing no money wasted.
