Ordered a tap online, on a Sunday. It was COURIERED to my house the next day. Between the seemingly endless selection of anything you could conceivably imagine and the holy cow! fast delivery, I can’t say enough about these guys.

Great amount of equipment and supplies in their catalog that can be difficult to source anywhere else, but boy does this place get you on shipping charges!
I purchased a gallon of special hydraulic oil from McMaster-​Carr that I couldn’t source locally, but needed quickly. The oil was $ 25.52. Shipping was 42.22 for UPS next day. No way it should’ve been that much, especially when companies like McMaster-​Carr who ship as much as they do should get deeply discounted rates vs. what you and I would pay. I nearly asked for it to be shipped via UPS «red» so I could get the stuff on a Saturday… I’m glad I didn’t as that would’ve been nearly $ 60 in shipping charges!

Man this place is fascinating. It’s like walking into one of those cartoon manufacturing plants with a thousand things going all at once. There are several really long of belts carrying boxes all over the place with stories of shelves upon shelves as far as the eye can see.
Despite the commotion, my order was ready to pick up at will call with no problem. Great logistics system, really fast and friendly customer service (no machine), and all the parts you need. A+
