McDonald’s

There’s not much to say about the food here. I eat it because it’s a guilty pleasure sometimes. Service-​wise, it’s probably one of the worst ones out there for the drive-​thru
— If you go during an off hour, anytime between 9pm– midnight, it’s likely you’ll be waiting for a fresh batch of fries which somehow can take 15 – 30 min?
— That one time they said they were sold out of chicken in all its forms: sandwich, wrap and nuggets. Boggles my mind how this was possible, but ok.
— Asking for honey mustard sauce, but receiving BBQ instead. Bleh.
— Ordering the regular cheeseburger but received the double cheeseburger. Not that I was complaining, but given the last point I made about sauce, this place doesn’t fulfill orders well.
— More recently, a closed second lane but all orders on the screen appeared in the closed lane’s screen and not in the first lane.
And yet, I’ll still return for the glutton in me that hearts McDonald’s fries.

This morning was the last straw! No pun intended. I’ve never gotten a drive-​thru order that wasn’t missing something. Interior of restaurant is always messy. Staff always has an attitude that says they’d rather be somewhere else. This morning I sat at the drive-​thru for over half an hour before the car in front of me was finally asked for their order. With 5 cars ahead I left. Never going back.

So I have been here a lot of times before but I really only get the chicken nuggets the fries and a drink so I decided to get something new today. I got the southwest salad with crispy chicken and it was actually pretty good. It’s definitely not as good as other places but it was pretty good for McDonald’s. There was a couple things I didn’t like about salad like the beans and corn. They were really cold and stale. it tasted as if they had just opened a can right then and there and dumped it into the salad. The chicken was really good though and it was nice and warm and you could tell they had just made it in comparison to the beans and corn but they had mixed olive oil and lemon juice and they just dumped it on top of the chicken and that made it really soggy so I didn’t like that but everything else was Pretty good. my favorite part of the salad was probably the Spanish chips they put in it because those were so good

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they let me down again.
I’ve come here on two occasions myself & sent my friends here once & the result has been the same.
Why is it after 8pm the ice cream machine is always down?
If that’s the case then have something that says that somewhere, or explain it to me so I know this.
You’re open ²⁴⁄₇ & ice cream is not a breakfast item.

It is hit or miss with speed of service here. Avoid breakfast if you need something fast on a week day. Love their cinnamon melts though.

I have been to much better, cleaner, friendlier McDonalds! The employees at the Drive thru are not very nice at all and never smile and really have nothing nice to say at all. Every time i have gone through the drive thru I have had something missed off my order. So i gave up on the drive thru and just go inside if im desperate enough for a cheese burger!
The inside is always messy! Dirty tables and messy floors! Might i add the bathrooms are DISGUSTING!

This 24 hour drive through McDonalds is conveniently located on Roswell Road just north of the 285. The drive through is quick and efficient, and they do well during the crazy lunch rush when everyone is in a rush. The staff at the drive through aren’t the friendliest, and they almost never smile, but they get the job done and get you on your way. Remember to check your order before you drive off, and if you want sauces or napkins, you better ask for them at the window.

It seems late in the nights they close one of the twin drive through order menu’s. It sucks when you are behind some one indecisive asking what’s inside of a double cheese burger.
Some things I also noticed they changed. Apple pies are not 2 for $ 1 here. Some of the sandwich prices are little higher.
They also took a while to get my order ready and still forgot my fries. I already pulled up to the street, and the line that built behind me was ridiculous long. Eh, forget the french fries this time. I’ll just sneak bites into the apple pie to get the same amount of fat/​calories.

SERVICE: AWFUL! every time I give this location a shot, they always forget my something from my order! it’s very frustrating since I paid for it and it’s a hassle to drive back for a measly order of hash brown or side of fries. UGH
LOCATION: straight off of roswell rd before or getting off of 285w. it is very troublesome to get into and get out of due to the dip and the sharp turn!
SCHEDULE: this is a 24 hr mcdonald’s. looks like the only one within east cobb/​sandy spring area

Brought my students here for lunch after Disney on Ice, and it was pretty crowded for a Sunday, but not too bad. The guy taking our order was very helpful, nice, and pretty funny. He always made us laugh, and wanted to give us nothing but the best! Made 4 versions of the Shamrock Mint, before finally being satisfied enough with it to give to us. :] haha.
And he was very helpful in getting all our students’ orders placed.
The parking however is small and somewhat limited. Had to take up 4 parking spaces to park our van since it was to long to park «correctly» in one spot, without blocking the road for incoming traffic.
Overall, pretty cool. The playpen is smaller than the average I think? My students didn’t really put much use to it. They do have a tv in the playpen area though, and it can definitely keep a child’s attention if the right shows are on.

Service to day is great
