We had a great sales guy, Edward. He was able to tell us right away why the new mattress we just got rid of was hurting our backs. He recommended a firmer mattress with a smaller pillow top. He was very knowledgeable and helped us narrow down a mattress that fit the bill. Great place to come when you need an expert that can point you in the right direction.
