My wife took me to the food truck park and we decided to try this place. We had the chicken masala wrap, veggie samosas and spicy fries. Chicken wrap wss average. I had mich better ones. Rice was bland, just plain rice boiled and thrown on the naan bread. The chicken sauce was good. The samosas were small and burned. They did not seem handmade. Fries were curly just like at Arbys and there was nothing special about them i could swear they were from Arbys. The ketchup they came with had a good spice in it.

Disappointed! Service was below par and food was below expectation. Visited it while on a business trip with a couple of associates while in Atlanta. Not sure if we will all be back! Ownership needs to up their game in almost all areas of the business.

I was really excited to try Masala Fresh and glad to see they were at the Atlanta street food festival. I had the tikka masala naan wrap. It was dry and very bland for the $ 10 they charged. The sauce that was there really had no distinct flavor. They were very friendly so I hate to say this, but you are better off with store bought microwaveable chicken tikka masala.

Sigh. I was not impressed with the tikka masala. I usually love sopping up the sauce with naan but alas there was no additional sauce with the dish. To me it was bland and lacking a bit of flavor. Can’t say that I’ll vs returning anytime soon.

Not your typical Indian food. This food is «light» and«fresh» while still maintaining its flavor. I got the tikka masala with rice and it was the perfect portion. A bit pricey but well worth it! This was my 2nd time here visiting from Phoenix and I’m already looking forward to my next visit so I can stop by again.

Ok for fast food Indian. Kind of expensive for what you get. Authentic Indian flavor is missing. Good rice. We travel all over the world and I guess I was expecting more from a specialty vendor.

We have had Masala Fresh many times throughout the year and I think they are back to where they used to be. The summer seemed tough for everyone. The truck had all the items and the food was great! We enjoyed the lamb and the chole and would’ve eaten more if we had room! The owner mentioned that they will update the menu and have specials this fall. We are looking forward to stopping there to pick up some food on our way to tailgate for football games. Try the samosas too!

only two things on the menu today at the Atlanta food truck park – the chicken tikka or the chole… i thought there would be more… Had the naan wrap at the Atlanta Food Truck Park. It was definitely meh. The chicken was well flavored but wasn’t cut well since there were occasional pieces of cartilage still attached to the chicken; could be improved by being grilled instead. then the chicken is put with white rice on a naan. would say that it would have been better if there were veggies with it – spinach/lettuce, onions, peppers, etc. the naan was fine… nothing special. and a bit pricey for what you get I thought the naan wrap would be similar to the kati rolls I’d grown accustomed to in NYC or other naan wraps I’ve had. so maybe my expectation going in was too high…

How about a little lamb masala on delicious samosas? Yummy!

I ordered the chicken tikka masala naan wrap and was not very impressed. The wrap was decent but I wasn’t blown away by it. The chicken to rice ratio was modest and towards the end all I had was rice and sauce. The cashier was aloof and somewhat rude. The guy who handed us the wrap was very friendly and partially made up for the cashier’s attitude. I probably would not come back to this food truck since there are many others to try at the Atlanta Food Truck Park.

The food from this food truck doesn’t taste like it came from a food truck. I will be stopping by here again.

I visited the Atlanta Food Truck Park on a glorious sunny weekend. It is an awesome atmosphere with good, relaxed music, a nice seating area and a fire pit in the middle. The green Masala Fresh food truck caught my eye… coloured with very earthy tones and a name like masala fresh, as well as the fact that I really like indian food seemed very attractive to me. I ordered the Lamb masala with a cool cucumber raita, all wrapped up in a naan bread, with rice as a filler. What a mouthful of flavors… the lamb masala was incredible… spicy, so tasty and full of flavor, the meat was cooked just right, the lamb was tender and well marinaded. The raita, an Indian yoghurt based dish cooled down the lamb in a nice way, with the rice adding a distinct flavor, while the naan bread was fresh cooked. I topped this all off with an Indian mango lassi, if you haven’t had one, try it! I am definitely heading back there and kudos to masala fresh, atlanta’s first Indian food truck :)

great chicken masala, super fresh… i guess that’s where they get the name. I also had the samosa chaat, also excellent. The samosas were mini, which I really liked. I’ll be back.

Masala Fresh is a food truck that visits the Atlanta Food Truck Park. They do Naan wraps and rice bowls with an option of Chicken Tika Masala or Chole(the vegetarian option) and one of 3 sauces. They also have a couple other appetizers like Samosas. I had ordered the naan wrap with Chicken Tika Masala and Rita(yogurt cucumber salad). What I got was not bad but not good. The wrap came with chicken, rice and the Rita wrapped in a naan. The chicken was good but was way too bland. They defiantly missed on the«masala» part of the dish. The rice was a bit overcooked and there wasn’t enough Rita to make any sort of impact on the dish. The overall experience of the dish was average at best. They did have a selection of Indian sodas to accompany their food which is a plus. Would give it a shot if you want something different.
