Don’t know if the food is even good. This place opened at 7 I placed my order at 7. It is 9 am i have yet to receive my food via delivery or even a phone call/​response I contacted them repeatedly. Cancelled my order from here through eat24. Seems like they are lazy, indifferent, and unfocused. Never order out from here.

The wings were awesome the price also awesome 10 wings fries and sweet tea 4.99 if u like McDonalds sweet tea you will love margrate and Linda’s café sweet tea. I’ve ordered from here 5 times and must say don’t agree with other reviews have always had great customer service and fast delivery.

Terrible service! Lying to the customers. It seems they don’t care.
I ordered food via Eat24. First, I get a phone call that they are out of mac n cheese, cool, I got something else instead, no biggie. Then I wait for 1.5hrs, call the restaurant to see where is my order, the guy says 5 minutes away. Ok. Well, over 2 hours passed, so I contacted Eat24. The lady says the food will be here in 20 mins (she called them). After 20 minutes I canceled the order via eat24, and tried calling the restaurant to tell them what I think of them. I called a few times and they IGNORED my calls. Didn’t pick up their phone. After 3hrs the delivery person calls me n says he’s having trouble finding my apt (I gave them very very detailed directions and asked the guy who called before to make sure the driver follows the directions). I tell him that I canceled the order. He hung up on me! I swear to God, this is a joke of a business. Hope they lose all of their customers and go out of business ASAP!!!

Please be advised, DO NOT USE this establishment for catering! The other reviewers were spot on. I wish my employers would have known to check the reviews on here before we booked these guys. Extremely unprofessional service. They were over an hour and a half late catering a graduation for my job. This was the worst experience I’ve had with a caterer. The owner did not bring utensils. We ordered food for 70 people. There was enough for maybe 25. When I confronted the owner his response was, «Not everyone needs a whole piece of fish.» Excuse me? You are not Jesus with two loaves of bread and five fish to feed the masses! Needless to say, he will not be getting paid the other half of his fee outside the deposit that was paid.

This rating is for delivery only. Not sure how the food tastes, as it never arrived. Order estimate said 45 – 60 minutes, after two hours I called and they said it was on its way. Nearly three hours since I ordered, she calls me to say she can’t find my apartment (even though she had a pin on a map, the order was placed through Grubhub, and nobody ever has trouble finding my place). I tried to guide her but she couldn’t find it. I told her nevermind, just go back. We were both more than polite to each other. Another hour later (this is four hours after I ordered) she calls and says she’s at my door. I told her I had already eaten elsewhere and she just abruptly hung up on me. Overall very bad delivery service.

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered food for delivery and it took them 2.5 hours to bring the food… Mind you, the place was less then 10 mins away from our house. When he arrived, I demanded that the food should be free, seeing as how their delivery pamphlet says «45 mins delivery or it’s free». He said he would call me for my refund when he got back to the store but never did. On top of all that, the order was wrong.
I come in the next day to get my refund. Turns out the guy who delivered my food was the manager. He looked me dead in my face and lied saying that the food wasnt late and didnt give me a refund. He knew he was screwing us over and didnt care even though my boyfriend was a local cumtomer. He was lucky he was just dealing with me because im sure anyone else would have made a scene.

Terrible service. Employees are unprofessional. Delivery girl cussed me out on the phone because she was given the wrong address by her manager. I hope this place is shut down permanently. I recommend this place to no one.

Hidden gem! Minutes from midtown and CRAZY affordable! OK full disclosure, this is a mom and pop type place in the hood. However that doesn’t stop the food from being great, and with breakfast all day I WILL be back. 4.99 for French toast, eggs, hash browns and bacon = sold.
