A great place. Have been to the Roswell location. I was near the Emory Villiage and thought I would give it a try. Awesome! Not much to say but, give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Came here for dinner. Great ambiance, very clean. We ordered Chili Cheese Tater Tots as an appetizer and it was huge(and delicious)! We ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and Philly cheesesteak. Both big portions and really tasty with a generous serving of fries on the side. Highly recommend. One of the best burger places I’ve been to.

This place is amazing! The staff is great, friendly, and helpful. Burgers before 4pm M-Th are $ 8! I had the Alabama Yard Bird, the white BBQ sauce is fantastic! Will be back!

I’ll keep this short. Onion Rings-lightly battered, crispy and delicious. Served with Alabama White BBQ Sauce. Asian Salad-Large portion, crispy, fresh greens. Woefully underdressed. Topped with what was supposed to be grilled chicken breast for an additional $ 4.50. This chicken was one boneless, skinless breast of the most disgusting chicken I have ever tasted. No seasoning. Obviously microwaved from a raw state. Flavorless and rubbery The worst. Huge disappointment. After tip, my delivery order was $ 26.

My wife and I went to Lucky’s after visiting the Carlos Museum at Emory University. We had never been there before and were excited to be having a burger for lunch. The staff was very welcoming and we were seated quickly. All burgers on the menu are named after dog breeds or are dog related. My wife had the German Shepherd burger, which had bacon jam on it and was amazing. I had the Georgia Dawg Pounder which was topped with a pimento cheese ball you’re supposed to smash to spread the cheese all over the burger, and was also awesome. If you go during lunch hours Monday through Thursday all burgers are $ 8, which it is a great deal. They had fried pickles on the menu, a great bar selection, and sweet tea so we will be back soon.

We went for a Saturday lunch and absolutely loved it! Sat at the bar to watch a couple football games at once and the staff was amazing night, friendly, and very knowledgable of the menu. Would like to see more taps available eventually but our burgers were OUTSTANDING and the onion rings and sweet potato fries were fresh and flavorful. Thanks Christie for taking care of us!

My fiancé and I live in the Emory/Druid Hills area and were excited to try Lucky’s when it opened. We went on a Friday night around 7:30 or 8:00 and expected to have to wait for a table but surprisingly we didn’t. A hostess cleaned off a table on their patio for us and we were seated immediately. They have a long, craft beer menu which we both appreciated. Great food, large portions and friendly service. Staff is attentive but doesn’t rush you. We will be back!!!

Lucky’s is great. I’ve been here several times for food and fermented malt beverages and the food, drink and service have all been superb. My son loves the Famous Chicken Fingers and I’ve decided that the Asian Salad is my favorite so far. We have not tried any of the desserts and I have not yet been through the entire beer list. I prefer IPAs. So I can say that there are a few really good selections. For other entrées they have a long list of burger and chicken items. Check it out. Lucky’s is a strong addition to the Emory Village scene.

I actually gave up on the Brookhaven location because they just couldnt get the burger done right and service was bad. However, it seems they have it right here. I think the small location can help service and the two times I have been there everything was great. Burger was cooked right, wings were good, and service was quick. This is a great local joint. Even though it is small, it has everything a local bar needs. Sports on all TV’s, good food, and cold beer.

I’ve been there three times since they opened, and every meal has been delicious. First, I got the mahi mahi over fresh greens. The fish was blackened to perfection, and the salad was tasty. Next, the black bean burger, and finally, the chicken burger. Everything was excellent, especially the sweet potato fries. My daughter had her 12th birthday party there, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. This is just what the neighborhood needed, and I’d recommend this place to my friends in a heartbeat. Great food, great service, several TV’s, full bar, outdoor patio. We’ll be coming back.

Phenomenal burgers and the most perfect brownie and ice cream you could ever have. Plus they have an awesome neighborhood bar vibe. I love this place!

Staff was friendly and welcoming to our four legged friends on the patio. The food was on par with expectations. Prices were a little high, however the quality of products lived up to the price point. Too pricey for my everyday taste but I’d be sure to visit again! Certainly a nice night out.

We arrived a little bit early on a drizzly day as Lucky’s employees were still finishing setting up the tables. Seeing us awkwardly wait outside in the gloom, they invited us to wait at one of the outdoor booths or to come inside as they finished prepping. We really appreciated the friendly and welcoming gesture which reflects the service at Lucky’s, as we soon found out. Inside, you can only just recognize the old Starbucks that used to reside there. Large booths line one wall and a large TV hangs over a well-stocked bar. The server who welcomed us in, Michael(?), turned out to be our waiter for the day. He did a great job orienting us on the food and drink menus($ 7PBR pitchers!) All through lunch, he kept our drinks topped off and made sure we were happy. When I thought my blue cheese sauce was too ranchey, he brought me some extra blue cheese on the side. Great service. :D Fried Pimento Cheese Bites: 1 order had 5 golf-sized balls of fried pimento cheese. A crispy shell encases the ooey-gooey blob of melted pimento cheese. The pimento cheese tasted more like cream cheese and completed obliterated the teeniest tickle of spice from the«spicy» pepper jelly. Still a great appetizer for cheese lovers~ Stimulus Plan(6 wings + 1 drink): I ordered my wings«hot» with blue cheese. The hot sauce was nothing special and could have been spicier. The wings were large and fried nicely, with a slightly crunchy outside to a juicy interior. The blue cheese sauce, alas, is actually ranch with a sprinkling of blue cheese. I’m happy to welcome Lucky’s Burger & Brew to Emory Village. At last, the village has a place with decent grub, great service, and well-priced drinks to keep the students, staff, and community happy and fed.
