Lakeside Grill & Jasmine Lounge

This is a great hotel for a meeting. The Jasmine Lounge is a nice casual place to mingle with friends after a day of meetings. The breakfast and lunch buffets in the grill have some good food, but it can be variable. At 12:15 the buffet was out of food because they didn’t seem prepared for the lunch crowd. There are nice tables next to the windows, but nothing seats more than 4. The food is fine if you are on a tight timeframe, but there are other better food choices nearby.

The Lakeside Grill and Jasmine Lounge in the Westin Perimeter North was really outstanding. We had a meetup in the Jasmine Lounge during a recent conference and they went above and beyond on the food prep! We were trying to save some cash and decided meeting up in the Jasmine Lounge would be best, gave them our budget and chose the easiest shareable appetizers and let them handle the rest. What they put together were platters of yummy flatbread pizzas, quesadillas, hummus and fried spinach… yep, you heard right and it was delicious!!! Makes you think you’re eating healthy ;). The manager on duty that night was excellent and my kudos to the chef, who it appears may be new, because everything was delicious… rave reviews from everyone attending.
