Worst customer service imaginable. Doctor called my prescription in and left it on the voicemail. Had my gf go to pick it up since I was in bed sick and they said they didn’t have it. I called to confirm they didn’t have it and they said they did not. Confirmed with my doc they called it in on the voicemail. Proceeded to have to call numerous times asking them to check their voicemail and fill my prescription paired with the worst customer service possible. I called and asked if they could check their voicemail. Called back later to make sure they had and they still hadn’t checked the voicemail to bother filling it. I asked if they could fill it by closing time and her response, «uhhhh, I dunno, maybe, I’m not really sure».

Always helpful. The pharmacists are great about explaining the medications and picked up a bad interaction from 2 medications prescribed by different doctors. Probably saved my life.

Not bad. The pharmacists are usually pretty knowledgeable, wait times are generally minimal, and the shelves are well stocked. There is a new CVS about a block further south on Moreland which is much nicer, but if you are looking for the convenience of taking care of all your errands with one stop then this Kroger is pretty decent.

This is the Kroger I go to so I can avoid the masses at the Edgewood Shopping Center Kroger. You don’t have to worry about getting hit while walking into the store by an Inman Park soccer mom gabbing away on her cell phone while she’s driving a gas guzzler. Overall=Not crap.
